Okay...this looks far enough away from the town to try this. Maybe I'm an animal now, but I really want to see if I can cook anything.

(puts some berries and grass in a bowl-like rock, then fills it with water)

Now, what should I put in here? And how am I going to heat it?

Any particular missions you guys want to go on, now that they're listed on the board? Or anything you'd rather not bother with?

I don't have a preference, really. They'll all help someone in the end.

I've got to figure out what powers this body is capable of. Just in case I run into an enemy...

[concentrates really hard, suddenly uses Thundershock and sends the log rolling about two feet in the process]

Wow...these are so pretty! Not as beautiful as Priphea, but still nice. [bends down to smell them] And they smell good, too.

Just some notes on factors relating to Lufia, so I have them all in one place when I need them for logs (prevents a lot of backtracking through both Game FAQs and Serebii.net every time). Not private in case anyone is curious.

Name: Lufia
Age: 17
Series: Lufia & the Fortress of Doom (aka Estpolis Denki in Japan)
Time: One year after the end of the game, Lufia has lost her memory and magic, was adopted by Flake as his granddaughter and has re-met Max (aka Nameless Hero...gotta call him something).

Species: Pikachu (just like Ash's Pikachu in the show, Lufia is very friendly but if something angers her she doesn't hesitate to make her feelings known...luckily she can talk so she won't Thundershock others as much as the Anime Pikachu did)

Nature: Modest (to increase her S.Attack and decrease her Attack since she is primarily a mage)

Favorite Moves: Thundershock, Thunderbolt, Discharge, Thunder (representing her ability to use lighting magic in-game)
Tail Whip, Light Screen (representing some of her status magic)
She does use the others occasionally, but I'll mostly stick to this.

The reason she lost her memory was that she tried to commit suicide to destroy Erim, the Sinistral of Death, who resided inside her body. The game doesn't make it known if Lufia is just an artificial soul used to cover Erim's presence after she reincarnated, or if Erim just ended up taking a ride inside Lufia's body in order to be reborn, though I tend to go with the latter. Nor is it known why Erim keeps being reborn (both in Lufia and, 100 years later, Seena) however most suspect it has something to do with her experiences during the battle between Maxim and the Sinistrals...perhaps her discovering the beauty of humanity due to Maxim.

Loves flowers, and hanging around in flower fields. Hobby of making flower chains in her free time.

Thinks her amnesia is due to a magic accident a year ago, but sometimes might have senses of deja vu if she encounters a situation similar to the life she lived before her near death.

Greatly believes in teaming up with others, partly because her "grandfather" taught her the value of working together and partly because of her lost memories of traveling with Max's group.

If someone presses her on her feelings for Max, her reaction will range from simple blushing to defensive, mattering how hard they press.

Enjoys food made with cinnamon, especially her own Cinnamon Pie & Cinnamon Tea. Greatly misses cooking since it's harder to do in this form.

Okay...now where am I? This doesn't look like it's anywhere near Arus. And I don't see Grandfather and Max anywhere.

Maybe I was caught up in a magic experiment, and it changed me into this creature. At least there are flowers around here.

Well, I guess I'll just see what's going on around here now...maybe find a way home while I'm at it. Whatever that bird gave me might be helpful.
