Eli Madrone<\/h3>CEO\nEli is all about building community through technology-using strategy, social media, humor, and design to make it happen. With over 15 years of experience in digital strategy, SEO, content creation, newsletter wizardry, and website development, he’s helped businesses and organizations across industries, from food service and arts to government and tech startups.\nOriginally from the legendary Emerald Triangle of Northern California, Eli took his talents to Lewis & Clark College in Portland before hopping around Maui, Bozeman, and Boulder. Rob Hall<\/h3>Designer\nRob has been making things look cool for over 15 years-whether it’s print collateral, logos, brand identities, media campaigns, or websites. He’s racked up awards for both big-name projects and local gems, proving that great design knows no size limit. While he’s got skills in art direction and web development, design is where he truly thrives.\nRob kicked off his career in North Carolina, did a stint in San Francisco, and now calls Florida home-where he somehow manages to beat the rest of us to the sunrise. Lucas Balzer<\/h3>WordPress Developer\nLucas has been making the computing world more efficient since he tried to install custom modifications on his Texas Instruments calculator in high school. He is currently focused on helping small businesses establish a competitive brand identity and marketing voice. With solid PHP, JavaScript, and jQuery skills, Lucas is always finding new WordPress plugins and modifications to make his clients’ webpages increasingly polished and effective. A Google Apps and DNS zone genie, we love seeing what we can throw his way.\nOriginally a native Californian, Lucas has been in Oregon long enough for moss to grow between his toes. Andres Penso<\/h3>Google Ads Specialist \/ Web & Graphic Design\nAndres, a Google Ads Certified pro, graduated from Lewis & Clark College with a degree in Rhetoric and Media Studies-basically, he’s really good at talking about talking. He kicked off his marketing career at a small tech company before joining our team to level up his skills and take on new challenges. Now he juggles Google Ads, SEO, market research, and design projects. Zo\u00eb Rossman<\/h3>Communications Specialist\nZo\u00eb is on a mission to make websites look good and words work harder. With a background in photography and research-and a Master’s in Biology from the University of New Mexico-she somehow ended up wrangling websites instead of wildlife. Juliana Madrone<\/h3>Copywriter \/ VP of Everything \nProduct manager by day, wine sommelier by night, and copywriter whenever inspiration (or caffeine) strikes. With over six years of wrangling agile software teams, and, oh yeah, she also has a PhD, she has mastered the art of getting engineers, designers, and stakeholders to actually agree on something.\nShe specializes in turning chaos into strategy-prioritizing roadmaps, crafting product value narratives, and using user metrics like a crystal ball to predict (and deliver) what people actually want. She also writes a fine copy for our wine clients-because if there’s one thing better than a well-optimized product, it’s a perfectly described bottle of Pinot.\nWhen she is not herding cross-functional teams, you’ll find her obsessing over obscure wine pairings, wordsmithing the perfect tagline, painting a landscape, or pretending her inbox isn’t out of control.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t<\/a>\t\t\t\t \n
