This is Feral's Mac version of Codemasters' car racing game.
Feral's release will include 18 additional cars, two events and a new track through downloadable content packs 8-Ball and Prestige. Players will also have access to LAN and online multiplayer.
Grid was originally launched in 2008 for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and Windows PC as part of the TOCA Touring Car series. The game includes locations from cities in the U.S., Europe and Japan with car models from Porsche, Lamborghini and Aston Martin manufacturers.

Downloads 1 - 6 are the parts of a zipped disc image of the Install DVD (game version 1.0). To reassemble the complete disc image, place all the parts in one folder, then drag the .001 file to The Unarchiver. This will join all the parts and unzip the archive.
After installing and starting the game, entering the product key below presents the option to "Play with DVD"
Product Key: KDM2-YNGQ-CZ25-ZA7Z-BDYM-ZYVD
Download 7 is a CD image that contains the invisible SafeDisc bundle that the game looks for in order to play. Burn this image to a CD, mount the CD, and the game will play when you click the "Play with DVD" button from within the game application. Using this CD avoids the unattractive alternative of burning the full game disc image to a double layer DVD to achieve the same outcome. Mounted disc images are not sufficient to play. Also I do not have a No-DVD for this game.
Depending on your setup, you may be given the option to update the game to version 1.1. The Feral servers will still perform this update, but when they eventually become unavailable you can perform the update manually using Download 8 below.
Download 8 contains version 1.1 of the game application but without the large game data file GridData.dmg. To manually update the game to v. 1.1, copy GridData.dmg from /Contents/Resources/ in the game application on the Install disc image over to /Contents/Resources/ in the application contained in this download. (To access the Contents folder of an application, control-click the application and select "Show Package Contents")
Download 9 contains a cracked version 1.1 of the game. To use it, first update the game using the Download 8. Then unzip this file, control-click the game application, select "Show Package Contents", navigate to the MacOS folder and replace the GRID file inside that folder with the cracked copy in this download. Ignore the Product Key field when you start the game application and just click "Play". This crack was made by checking how Deus Ex: Human Revolution was cracked and then making similar changes to this game. The instructions are also based on the instructions to install its cracked versions.

Comments
You're welcome! Note that the byte patterns where the changes had to be made were not identical. I had to decompile both this and the Deus Ex unpatched and patched binaries to locate the places where the changes needed to be made. In particular the serial check was in a separate function in Deus Ex, but here it was part of a larger function.
I also explicitly searched for another SafeDisc game from around the same time as this one, as Feral switched protection methods several times (and SafeDisc itself presumably also evolved).
Thank you, tripper. I did not think to try the same procedure that I used with Deus Ex: Human Revolution. I must keep this in mind for future Feral games
