Script Timer consists of two different programs: Script Timer itself and the scheduling engine, a faceless background process that does the actual scheduling and execution of the scripts, workflows, or applications. Your ‘to do’ lists of scheduled actions are stored in action data files.
You use Script Timer to create and edit these files. The scheduling engine reads your ‘to do’ list and runs items from it at the appropriate times.
