I used Lindsay Bishop on the sale of two separate holiday homes on Skye, and was extremely happy with the services provided. Lindsay was always responsive and took a sensible and pragmatic approach to both transactions, which were not entirely straightforward, one a sale to a company and the other to an overseas purchaser. At all times Lindsay kept the transactions moving forward and maintained a sensible dialogue in negotiating the legal points with the solicitor on the other side of the transactions ensuring both matters move through to completion. At one point, Lindsay was on holiday and one of her colleagues picked up matters to ensure there was no delay and that process worked well.
