EBG 200 Dry-cut belt conveyor pelletizing system. This semi-automatic strand pelletizing system offers an extended product range, e.g. water-sensitive or soluble polymers thanks to various cooling features (air/water/water fog). The thermally and rheologically optimized die head (SG 200 C) produces uniform strands that are actively guided from the die plate trough a belt (STB 250) to the strand pelletizer (Primo Plus 200), re-feeding broken strands automatically. The Hot Air Knife (HAK 200) prevents build-up of melt residues at the die plate to reduce outspec material. The pelletizer feed in speed is synchronized with conveyor belt speed for simplified handling. This pelletizing line can be used to produce Compounds and Masterbatches. The throughput range of this EBG 200 system is designed for 200-1000 kg/h.
