The continuous melt filters Type CSC-R-DV are a combination of the proven arched technology with a new integrated divert function. They are suitable for copolymer processing, virgin Polymer applications, process critical and temperature sensitive polymers. Due to the arched cavity form is a very long residence time reachable and this point should be improvend by a start -up with clean screens in case of the integrated DV-function. The whole production process can be started smoothley and polymer friendly. Our CSC-family are suitable of processing a wide range of polymers (e.g. LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE, PP, PS, ABS, PC / ABS, TPE, TPU, POM).
