What is the Land and Spatial Development Board?

The Land and Spatial Development Board, or MaRu, is a center of excellence for land and spatial planning that supports Estonian people in creating the best living environment.

The Land and Spatial Development Board is a provider of comprehensive solutions in the field of spatial data, planning, and land transactions. MaRu's priority is to develop user-friendly services that simplify decisions related to land and space. The agency operates under the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Communications.
