However, I have just come into the knowledge that your ship, the Halberd... is one of the Zero Arms, like the Garuru Cannon currently under control of the Demon Kings.

There is a chance we can use it to hurt Chaosmon.

The question is... do you have any idea how?

This might sound mildly crazy, but here goes.

I need someone willing to take Haruhi Suzumiya under their wing and train her. In both combat and in general as a DATS Agent.

Yes, I realize she is technically a Captain.

Do note: I am looking for someone with some considerable experience, and someone SHE will likely take seriously. Those with knowledge of her true nature and means to keep it in check are also preferable. (If newer agents are not aware of this, you can be filled in, but it must be understood you are sworn to strict secrecy from Haruhi Suzumiya under penalty.)

I am asking for her because... well, she is unlikely to go so far as to ask en masse like this. She doesn't even know _I_ am.

However, I don't think I am best suited for this. My methods won't bear much fruit until she's more experienced.

I am asking openly because this is a ... slightly odder situation, and I wasn't sure how to really first approach it.

Any takers?

Hello, everybody.

While I realize we are all recovering, and Tetha has only just begun to do so... There is one important matter we need to cover.

In regards to the Tags, it was figured for a good while that Ravemon likely held the Bird Tag. However, we can confirm that in the battle to defeat him, that Tag was lost from his possession...

It was taken, instead, by a silver haired swordsman. He was engaged by Secondary Agent Sasami, but soon after escaped with the Tag.

We know this man's name to be Vergil, thanks to Tactical Agent Zero's memories of an encounter two years prior. Zero will be able to tell everyone what he knows of this man and his abilities, and what he knows of him in general, but I will leave that to him.

What we DON'T know is the intentions of this "Vergil." He is dangerous, yes, and left Sasami injured - but we don't know his perspective or intent. We must find this out before treating him as we would other enemies.

Also, we must use a considerable amount of caution - while I encourage agents to try and discover where he may be, we do not want him engaged in a hostile manner unless it is provoked. Not only was he able to dispatch Agent Sasami, but...

On the day when Ravemon's subordinate Silphymon launched a full scale attack on the Hinata Inn, there were many of his squadrons that never reached them. That's because we've since verified they were all destroyed by one man...

Vergil.

We may be dealing with someone not unlike Kurata in terms of sheer power, but under different circumstances. I do not want to risk the lives of ANYONE unnecessarily, and I fear engaging him - particularly in a populated area - will do more harm than good until we know just WHO and WHAT we're dealing with.

He has something that is important to this world's future, yes - but he also cannot utilize it to its fullest potential without all of the other Tags we have, as well as the one that lies in Neon City, which we will soon have to focus efforts on.

Proceed carefully, and be wary. We've all come too far to not be, for everyone's sake.

What brought us all here, to this horrible, awful place was something I truly wished we could avoid. That, however, was something that was painfully obvious we could not. After everything that was done, everyone who has hurt and suffered... We - not as Tamers, not as Digimon, but as sentient beings that wish the best for this world... could not stand idly by.

It is because of things like this that would could not do this. Kagura Tsukasa, a man who would sooner leave this world to die if it could further his goals. These are the allies that Ravemon has made. A man who has, now, sacrificed all around him - on BOTH sides - just to gain power for himself. Using the very same weapons that took Hououmon from this world, creatures whose only purpose is to erase Digimon from existence.

We are here, fighting and killing each other, over one Digimon's actions. His actions, too, have brought a destroyer into your ranks, taking your brothers and sisters from you in ways we could never even approach. So ... all I ask of you, Tetha...

Hello, all.

Recently, the Commanders have decided upon a restructuring to the DATS rosters. It is both in light of recent events, and the fact that we never know if someone is going to be pulled from this world or frozen, or affected by some sort of virus... the small-scale set Unit structure we had in place before doesn't really work as well as we would have liked.

As such, everyone divided into the Heavy Assault and General Response Divisions will ALL be answerable to the Captains of those Divisions. Those Captains are under authority at any time to form a squadron out of those in their Divisions to act.

Currently, Heavy Assault only has two Captains - Masaru Daimon and Guy Shishioh - due to various events. We HOPE to be looking into more sometime in the near future, but... we must first focus on the tasks at hand, and defeating the enemies that stand before us.

General Response will be headed by Takeru Takaishi, Natalia Luzu Meryl Kimlasca-Lanvaldear, Jenrya Lee, and Haruhi Suzumiya. ~~Actually, in regards to Haruhi... Agents are to answer to Agent Kyon first, before her. Just... don't let her know it. That's sort of a long story, for any new recruits.~~

All other Divisions remain the same in operation, with updated rosters to reflect recent changes.

Attention all members of DATS.

This is Commander Takamachi, and as you are well aware of by now, we are faced with a situation that can be described as nothing short of a crisis.

We have discovered that the mastermind behind the "hit list" put out on numerous Tamers several months ago was, in fact, the Area Leader of Tetha - Ravemon. We are, unfortunately, certain of this as absolute fact now.

Having some of the assailants during that ordeal in custody, as well as the D-Comm of Metal Sonic, we've been able to trace money trails from then back towards Tetha, as well. And with evidence from a BlackPeckmon, we can likely assume he was behind HippoGryphomon's assassination some time ago in Tetha.

But more important than that, it's obvious that was only a prelude to his real plans. Between discovering a massive weapon aimed at Royal Base, and evidence of Tetha forces building up numerous forts around the Digital World. As well, we have become aware of them stealing various ships aroudn the world. All things told, it's entirely clear that Ravemon is preparing for an all out war.

We sent Agents Zero, Captain Gundam, and Julie-Su with their partners to try and disable the weapon they've constructed in Dokako Jungle. They were able to heavily damage it, but unfortunately, we know that it'll probably only be a matter of time before they repair it. We've been able to buy ourselves a little bit of time... but the clock is steadily ticking now. We can't sit around and hope for the best; we have to figure out how we need to move forward.

Because to add to matters... we have reason to believe that Chaosdramon, Area Leader of Neon City, is under the control of Dr. Otto Octavius. Additionally, we have noticed that there have been frequent meetings recently between the leaders of both Neon and Tetha. Which puts BOTH branches of DATS in extreme danger.

Anyone in Tetha or Neon City is in danger, but DATS Agents especially. We are ALL now targets in their eyes.

I want anyone with any thoughts to please come forward with them. Those of us in Command are doing what we can to assess the situation, but any suggestions would be appreciated.

As an aside, we are facing an enemy at home in the skies. As are the soldiers of Royal Base, but I know that doesn't necessarily apply to everyone. For those that are especially proficient in air combat, I would like you to report to me.

Everyone is, of course, aware of the weapon we have discovered aimed at the Royal Base, and the involvement of Ravemon and those under his direct control.

While, as Suguru said, we do not expect anyone to remain in harms way at this time at the Royal Base... I want to assure you we plan on doing everything in our power to safeguard everyone.

To this end... We will not just stand by while our lives are threatened.

We have devised a strategy to infiltrate the location of the weapon, based upon what we have already learned on it. I have asked Agent Zero to take point in this operation. In turn, he has helped us to determine the best teammates for the job in this case, while maintaining a small, but effective, team... And the least likely to be detected moving in.

As such... Zero. Julie-Su. Captain Gundam. We need you and your partners to make preparations to move out as soon as possible. Time is of the essence.

Beyond that, I need all members to be on guard and alert. If we are discovered, the chance of retribution is possible. At the same time, of course, Ravemon cannot retaliate without revealing his intentions to the world... which is a gamble we will have to bank on.

What DOES concern me, however... is the DATS Agents in Tetha. I am not asking you to run, but you are the ones most vunerable to whatever Ravemon may do, and the ones he is most likely to first turn his attentions towards if its found out we are behind this operation.

But this is not something we can let stand. And these are risks we must take.

I am sure you have all seen the audio post from Vice Commander Ivan.

He's alive, but... his injuries are serious. ~~They would HAVE to be to put him down like that...~~ He's in critical condition, and he's comatose. But... he's alive. Armadimon suffered injury as well, and is currently unconscious, but Ivan seems to have taken the worst of it...

We know, just from that audio message, that the attacker was Kagura Tsukasa. He hasn't acted this openly in awhile, so that alone is... worrying.

Kagura wouldn't have done something like this without something to gain from it. This attack is certainly not random, and we should only expect it's the start of something else.

Be careful.

However, at the very least, I would like to personally thank Kouki for finding Ivan and getting him the attention he needed.

Earlier today, Vivio, our partners, and I were met with the younger Takamachi Nanoha that had been captured by Jail Scaglietti's forces some months back. We knew from an earlier time when she attacked Erio Mondial that she's been modified and outfitted with weapons made to mimic my own, and has been under some level of mental manipulation and brainwashing...

We were able to render her unconscious, and have taken her into custody at Royal Base, where we'll be researching means to break what he's done to her.

[dated right after speaking with Sasami and Cornelia, likely JUST as things are starting to degenerate at the Dragon; remember, NOT much time has passed in that log yet, overall]

I know this is probably hard to encourage, but I really hope people can try to keep their heads cool. Xellos and Bowser are likely up to something beyond just the obvious, yes... and it's a horrible thing for people to be kicked out of their homes...

But things can be a lot worse. And WILL be a lot worse should anyone escalate matters further than they already may be. The way things stand, DATS cannot protect those there as we would like. And, even if you were victorious... it would only cause you and your home more harm in just the short term, as you are likely to prompt immediate retaliation from Ravemon's forces.

One should know where and when to stand and fight... and this is one case where losing your life or freedom to fight later on isn't worth whatever might be gained FROM fighting.

From my times fighting Xellos, fighting him would likely only play into whatever it is he wants. I know I'm probably too late to some extent, looking at some posts that have leaked out, but... I just hope others can maintain their heads.

Any agents in the area of this, though... please, do what you can to maintain any semblance of order you possibly can. Ravemon will likely not accept any authority we may want to exert, but we can at least set an example, and not stoop to their level.

All of that said, I will repeat what I offered when speaking with Cornelia - all displaced residents are welcome to find shelter at Royal Base.

Its official name is Sacred Heart. It's your own Intelligent Device! I had some ~~at first resistant~~ help from some of the more technically inclined people at DATS in getting it crafted.

Since you already do have the ability to transform, it won't really augment your abilities any, but it will give you a stable point to focus your magic on when transforming. In time, and with practice, it should help you with maintaining your transformed state and improving your skills.

As I'm sure many or most of you know, there was a devastating attack on Neon City today.

I will not beat around the bush: There is a device in this world capable of overriding the locks on Ultimate evolution. We were not aware of this capability until it was too late. All that we knew beforehand is it was something which had the capability of destroying a Demon Seal... a device we knew had fallen into Demon King hands, and we thought, something they would have surely then destroyed.

Unfortunately, we were mistaken. The Zero Arms Garuru Cannon was capable of much more.

At the cost of a Digimon's Digi-Core - their very life and soul - the ability to rise to that level came to be. Former DATS Agent, Signum, had been under the control of the Demon King, Lillithmon... and had been given use of this device.

Thanks to many defenders that came to the scene of the battle, and many members of DATS... we were able to subdue both Signum and her partner. The Demon Seals of both her and her partner have been vanquished.

Unfortunately... the Garuru Cannon was stolen after Argomon fell... by Hanamura Hitoshi, a known accomplice of Kurata Akihiro...

However, though we were able to minimize damage... the cost was still far too great. Many civilians lost their lives. Others fighting Argomon came near death. And one of those fighters even fell in battle, himself.

On behalf of everyone in this world that prays for peace, I ask anyone capable and willing to descend on Neon City. The devastation will take a very long time to clean up, but that will come in time. For now, there are people trapped. There are people suffering and dying. Many acted during the attack to save those in need... but there are still countless others out there.

I can only order DATS Agents, and I do - I ask every available DATS Agent to go, and assist with search and rescue.

For everyone else, all of our allies, and even those that don't associate with us... All I can do is ask.

Signum... will be held in custody for the time being, pending investigation.

Effective immediately, all DATS Agents under every division is to be on high alert.

In Neon City, there is an Ultimate Digimon on a rampage; Argomon. Its means of evolution are... currently unknown, but... it is the partner of Signum, of the Wolkenritter, and a former agent of our own before Demon King Lillithmon took control of her. As such, this Digimon in addition to being an Ultimate, is charged with whatever power his Demon Seal has granted him, additionally.

However, we can't afford to simply send every member in there. There's no telling what, precisely, the Demon Kings are planning.

DATS Neon Agents, the Titans, and various allies in Neon City are working to try and maintain calm and deal with the devastation. I would like two General Units to go and provide DATS Neon with whatever assistance necessary, with the injured, damage, and keeping the peace. Do not engage Argomon, unless you deem it absolute necessary.

Tactical, if you or anyone else have any suggestions, we're listening to them.

And, Heavy Resopnse Units... stand by. Your orders will be incoming shortly.

Branch Commander Armstrong, please see to it that Argomon is kept at bay for as long as possible.
