So I started watching a fantastic australian tv show based on a serie of mystery books and it is officially the BEST THING EVER! STOP WHAT YOU'RE CURRENTLY WATCHING (Games of Thrones season finale is today anyway so better start contemplating what you'll watch next right?) AND GO SEARCH FOR THIS.

Well, Miss Fisher's murder mysteries ofc.

Two episodes and I'm seriously in love with all the major characters. We have a priceless witty rich heir, an intelligent but reluctant inspector, a cute catholic shy girl who believes that electricity is the Devil himself, a pair of daredevils bolchevik ninja heroes, a butler who can fight and an adorable teddy bear constable.

IT IS EVERYTHING I ALWAYS DREAMED OF.

Also? WARDROBEGASM.

The intro generic is wonderful and very well done. It reminds me a bit of The Borgias one except it's in the 20's.

So meet Phryne Fisher, rich heiress who just abandonned the fine english society to return to Australia.

Her best friend who is a woman, wears only manly costumes AND is a doctor, comes to search for her at the port. I don't think it can get better than that.

Phryne Fisher is witty, loves adventure, quite fearless, has a gun with her and is always very fashionable. She's invited to a nice cup of tea but of course, she arrives at a pretty bad moment since the man of the house just died :).

This is the maid Dorothy, she is adorable <33.

You can almost ear "A murder? This is Christmas!" in this cap. Because you know when you're invited for tea and the man is dead you just go around the house and search for clues.

One person isn't very happy though with Miss Fisher screwing around and it's Inspector ~~Lestrade~~ Robinson.

She trolls him on this scene it's hilarious!

Meanwhile, one of the previous maid in this house, starts bleeding in a cab. That's where we meet Bert and Cec. Nice, cute street guys who happen to have good hearts full of Lenin's ideology (we are in the 20's after all) and wear those hats like no others.

Phryne Fisher then starts her investigation. It's a hard job, you know.

Really.

Hard.

Harder when it involves an handsome French-russian professional dancer named Sasha.

Already shipping it.

So I'm not going into the details because it's a good episode (the second one is even better so I'm hopeful about the all serie right now) but know that Phryne taps that french-russian ass (quite literally, you'll see that in a future cap).

There's a moment where you see Phryne seeping a bit of cocaine (it's for the investigation but she rather enjoys it) and then there's another one (I took the screencap) where you see the name of the street:

Baker Street the hee!! Told you she was a better dressed female version of Sherlock. Well awfully sociable though ^^.

At one point, they need Inspector Robinson's intervention and lol he already facepalms.

I feel like you're going to do that A LOT Jack ^^.

Remember what I said about tapping Sasha's ass? Well she does it again. You gotta love her. Seriously.

In the end, Phryne decides to have all her friends and new ones to celebrate:

So there's Dot (Dorothy the maid, her maid now), Dr Quinn!BFF, Bert and Cec. And guess who arrives? Inspector Robinson and constable Hugh.

Which is perfect because she can now announce to everyone that she's going to be a private detective.

He is thrilled.

CAN YOU TELL HOW MUCH I LOVE ALL OF THEM ALREADY? You all need to bask in it because I need squeeeeeeee buddies! Anyway, what is not to be liked XD!

Wtf now? Petition against someone online? Sorry but it does bring very bad memories here. This is the bad side of kpop coming to the Games of Thrones fandom. I've seen already how it goes when you "petition" against another human being. Jaebum anyone? Block B?

I don't do this shit. I'm not here for personal vendettas ok? People have moronic opinions? I just let them have them and call on them about it but that's it. I don't "petition" for them to shut up. Everyone knows already that the girl is racist, homophobic etc. It's a fact so what's the point exactly?

People doing this need to sit back and start fucking reflect on what they are doing at this point.

- Rickon Stark. Like you were expecting anything else guys ^^. So obvious. It's not really easy to speak about the love you have for such an obscur character in a huge saga like a Song of Ice and Fire but I suppose it's the all potential that makes me even more passionate. I have no idea how this character will grow. He may become a real warrior, or a psychopath, someone who has memories or perhaps none. Right now, Rickon can still be everything and yet we know he will be, no matter what, a ball of fear and broken love. It's beautiful (and now I sound weird ^^). I like how GRRM handled his case. Small touches here and there, like a painting coming very slowly to life. I can't wait for the next book mostly because it will involve Rickon. And I believe in Rickon ^^.

- Raskolnikov from Dostoïevsky's Crimes et Châtiments. I think it's fairly known that I love russian litterature. They have intense characters who are so larger than life that they can eat you on the spot. Raskolnikov is like that. He is pain, suffering, will of being more than his man condition. I probably learned more about forgiveness and its cost in Dostoïevsky's novels than in religion to be honest.

- Ron Weasley. My favourite character in Harry Potter along Lupin and Luna. I loved him right away, a bit like Harry I have to say. He's a good friend and a good person despite all his defaults. I know the fandom went all anti-Ron after I left it but whatever. Fandom sometimes likes to believe then only can like or care for "perfect" characters. Which is weird.

- Rémi. Best rat ever. Best cook too. I'm not huge on Pixar's work but I have to say that Ratatouille was a jewel and when I went to Eurodisney, we had lunch at Ratatouille's restaurant and we saw the (mechanical) rat, it was too cute for words ^^.
One of my neighbours's name is Rémi héhé. We already asked him if he knew how to cook but I don't think he ever saw that pixar so he probably didn't get it.

- Rose Dewitt Bukater. Because Titanic. Because Kate Winslet and Leo Di Carpaccio (:p). Because she's a kickass woman who went to live her dream and because she's one of the heroin who has the most gorgeous wardrobe ever. Because I'm pumped to watch this again on a big screen. Because if you jump I jump!

State of mind those last few hours:

It's been hours since I saw that video from Games of Thrones season 2 and I'm still high on it. So far so perfect! Of course I have little complains and I will name them but overall STANNIS DAVOS STANNIS STANNIS RENLY WHY BARATHEONS ARE THIS HOT? TYRELL AWESOME!!!!
I spent the ENTIRE VIDEO flapping my hands and making ecstatic dolphin noises. It was quite worrying tbh. But there it is!

Quick thoughs except I put this under a link for people who want to stay virgin-season2 (you never know...).

It's official, I'm in love with Stannis. Real King Lobster should just adopt my bb Rickon and rule Westeros with Davos and Shaggydog. SHOULD BE CANON GRRM *sending waves*.

Tyrell's are beautiful. Even with Dormer looking a lot older than what should Margaery be in the books, I find that the little glimpse we saw works really well. It was tiny seconds but it reassured me just fine.

Melisandre looks so much like I pictured her in that semi-second it's effin scary now :/.

I've seen people complaining about the lack of Jeyne W. and Ygritte. Ok this is where I'm going to rant a bit because it pisses me off actually more than it should and I feel as pressed as a panini about this trivial matter. I am not having a proper Aeron (because that man talking with Theon was certainly not Aeron) while the man is in the books. I am not having the bloody Reeds. So honestly I don't see why I should be flooded with random Jeyne W. who is only mentionned a bit in the books and Ygritte whom I love but only appears in the last chapters of ACOK. I understand people cheering for their underdogs and all but let's keep it real. Am I complaining about not enough Rickon? Nope! While honestly I should.

I don't want this to be taken the wrong way, I don't mind that much Jeyne W.'s arc being expanded. Means more Richard (possibly shirtless or naked) and I adore Oona (The Hour FTW) but I can't with people complaining about lack of them when clearly I'm not having some other canons characters in order to have this storyline.

That being said, I would have loved more Brienne, Jaime and Greyjoy. But it's the first teaser and we can't have everything at the same time :p. Patience is a virtue XD.

Three words: Renly. Beard. Crown.

Ok now let's count it's way to the awesome:

THE HAIR (see how I have my priorities well set?)

This proving once again how right I am when I say that Michelle Fairley is the most gorgeous woman on the set of Games Of Thrones (and that's saying a lot because this show is full of insanely pretty people). Also I love how Loras stands around looking gorgeous, hair at full glory! It's good GoT is playing to its strengths.

KING CRAZY JOFF

Ugh if that's the scene where Joffrey says to Sansa that his brother is winning and that she should pay for it.... this is going to be so hard to watch. But the guy playing Joffrey is so good at it, I know I'm going to enjoy every second I'll be able to hate the character in a fierce way.
Also the "I'm your future husband so I'm going to point an arrow at you" vibe of this pic is just fantastic. Smooth like chunky peanut butter.

Random but I totally love Joffrey's fashion. Yeah yeah shoot me!

LIKE A BOSS

Excuse you but Davos and Stannis are just too cool for everyone at the moment. According to season 2, if you come from Stormlands then your second name is BAMF. CAN'T SAY I DON'T APPROVE!

STANNIS DILLIANE ANGSTING

Only rightful king of this realm Y/Y? ♥ ♥ ♥ (I still love you Robb but the lobster is winning some cookies here). This is totally his "Why did the Gods inflicted me with brothers :/" face ^^.

Ok honorable mentions for Theon Greyjoy looking like a true Greyjoy at last! Getting out of Winterfell has been good to him apparently :p (not going to mention again pseudo-Aeron because obviously not a Greyjoy), Arya being adorable, Samwell having the best expression ever, Melisandre looking like a Vermerr painting for that split of second and Sansa and Tyrion on the same frame.
Robb looks very emo-ish which is cool. Jon wants to get deeper and deeper (oh the jokes this is going to bring...) and Littlefinger has some trouble to breathe.
Last little thing:

SAMWELL'S FACES. ALWAYS PERFECT. HE SHOULD GET ALL THE AWARDS.

It's one of my multiple Rickon Stark icon. Obviously I'm rooting for him so it's normal to show it. And he wears pretty well that crown. King Rickon is half-a-joke, half not-so-much ^^. I really dig the character and the mystery around him. GRRM did a splendid job with the baby Stark. Also I like to mix fandoms that's why when I saw that text digipacopr put, I instantly tough of Tom Riddle in COS. You know that if Harry had Shaggydog, things might have gone in another direction pretty quickly XD.

Recent icon. I kept changing the icons for that "Judging you" tag tbh. GRRM is a destroyer of lives so I believe it's adequate here. Also, I'm very fond of his suspenders somehow. Suspenders are cool ^^.

Tyrell is forever french not only because Highgarden is completely coming from the french landscape but also because Margaery's story is totally taken from les Rois Maudits. Also I wanted a Tyrell icon and a Paris icon so I just mixed the two here. Well of course there's nothing Tyrell in the picture... should have been green tbh. But I like it ^^. It's pretty and girly. I might change though.
Also I love the Eiffel tower. I love my city. It's home after all. Can't help it really ^^.

I didn't always liked Cat. She made terrible decisions and she's far from being awe-striking but I learned to understand her. What really did the trick I believe in my complete change of heart for her is Michelle Fairley. I find the actress not only so earthly beautiful but with so much restrain and emotions. She plays Catelyn in a way that makes me root for her right away. She had some of the best scenes during season 1 like everything that involved Robb was just heartbreaking. And I dread the day I'll watch the RW with that actress because tears falling down is not even going to cover it. I will be a mess.

I've been thinking for a while now to do a little post about Operas. I believed I talked about it to very very few people in my flist but I do love opera. I don't remember who said it exactly but Operas and Litterature have this in common that it's full of people who just die for love and Tragedy. I guess that's why I love it (not to mention the three quarters of Opera's libretto are actually taken from Litterature anyway so it's like... a live motion play with music that you have ^^). I'm not extremely knowledgeable in the matter but I know the popular ones ^^. So to share it, I'll make it in for of a top 10.

10 - Barcelona sang by the wonderful Montserrat Caballé and wait for it, Freddy Mercury ^^.

I'm beginning with an actual mix of Pop/Rock and Opera. They always did wonder when put together well and this is one of the most amazing masterpiece you will ever see imho of this. Mercury was a fan of opera so it makes sense and Montserra Caballé had one of the most crystal clear voice ever. If you're a Queen's fan you probably already saw it, but if you didn't, really...enjoy :) because it might be the best thing you'll ever encounter on youtube:

9- Song to the Moon from Rusalka de Dvorak. Sang by Renee Fleming (production 2002).

Here is a Czeck Opera. Rusalka is the slav equivalent of Ondine or the little mermaid. She's a nymph who falls in love with a human being. Everyone around her warns her that she shouldn't leave their world for that Prince. Of course she doesn't listen, go to a dark witch who takes her voice in exchange of the promise of this love. Sadly, the Prince prefers a foreign princess and it ends tragically for dear Rusalka. The most beautiful and known aria in this opera is the "Song to the moon" where Rusalka tells her feeling to the moon. It's beautiful and quite powerful. You may not understand a word of Czeck (I don't either tbh) and still feel what she's telling to the moon and the hope to be loved one day in return by her prince.
I choose Renée Fleming here because she sings beautifully this aria and she's very passionate about it.

Not to mention that production was beautiful. Seen on Arte, it was simple and yet breathtaking:

8- " Je veux vivre" from Romeo et Juliette de Charles Gounod. Sang by Anna Moffo.

That aria is full of joy and lightness ^^. Lyrics are very cute (Juliette is preparing for her bal) and Anna Moffo was an exceptional coloratura. She reaches some notes with amazing facility *____*.

8- " E lucevan le stelle" from la Tosca de Pucini. Sang by Jonas Kauffmann.

I defy anyone to listen to this very very popular song without feeling something. Anything. The music is so dark and powerful and sad. Of course it helps to know that it's a man remembering a loved one (Tosca) just before his execution (last sentence being " E non ho amato mai tanto la vita!" / " I've never ever more loved life!"). TEARS I'm telling you!

7- " Giovinette che fatte al'amore" from Don Giovanni de Mozart. Sang by Joan Rodgers and Gordon Sandison.

It's my favourite part from Don Giovanni along n°6. I REGRET NOTHING. It's cute, it's light, it's full of joy XD.

6- " Madamina" from Don Giovanni de Mozart. Sang by Hye Soo Sonn.

Leporello being a troll and explaining to Dona Elvira how many women and girls Don Giovanni has seduced so far in Europe ^^. Hye Soo Sonn is quite new but I love his voice and he has incredible pronunciation tbh. It always surprises me ^^.

5- "Der Hölle Rache" from Die Zauberflöte de Mozart. Sang by Diana Damrau.

Probably the most known opera aria ever. It's a call for murder. The Queen of the Night, in a fit of insane rage, gives the order to her own daughter to go and kill the great priest Srastro. Either she does kill the man, either she denies her as her own daughter. That aria requires technique and a flawless sense of tempo. It's beautiful and you can almost feel the blood in every word. Damrau was basically born to play that role imo. Here it's a production of 2003 and it's just amazing.

4- Barcarolle from Les Contes d'Hoffmann de Jacques Offenbach. Sang by Agnes Baltsa and Claire Powell (production 1980).

Watch this! It's like a painting coming to life :o. I would have sooooo loved to see that production live. Anyway, you probably already eared that music before. It was used in the movie La Vita é bella de Beligni. It's very soothing and intoxicating. Les Contes d'Hoffman is one of the easier opera to get into when you're a novice I find. The story is completely crazy but it's fine because everything is very colorful and doesn't really need to make sense anyway :p. Give it a try ne? :)

3- " Les tringles des sistres tintaient" also known as the Gypsy song from Carmen de Bizet. Sang by Grace Bumbry.

I love that opera so so much, I could put every part of it. It's the first one I bought and I always enjoy it. As far as I'm concerned Grace Bumbry is one of my fave Carmen. She has the look, the sexyness and that deep voice that makes a good Carmen. This song is the one who begins the act II and I just adore how the tempo gets faster and faster.

3 bis- " Carreau, Pique...la mort!" from Carmen de Bizet. Sang by Anna Caterina Antonacci, Elena Xanthoudakis and Viktoria Vizin.

I'm cheating yeah yeah yeah ^^. Sorry about this but ugh this is soooo good. That part is when Carmen tries to read her future in the cards and all she sees is death while her two friends see different things (one finds danferous adventurous love and the other ones marries an old man who's really rich). There's english subs that are not really well done but that convey the general idea so you'll see :). The bass notes are gold.

I'm this close to also put Anna Moffo and Franco Corelli rendition too... I need to stop :p.

2- The Mad scene from Hamlet de Thomas Ambroise. Sang by Nathalie Dessay.

No one can convey the essence of a lost soul like Nathalie Dessay on stage. You can dislike her voice (which I don't get but whatever :p) but she has such huge charisma. This is the best and most shockingly powerful scene you can see in Opera. It takes madness to another level. Ambroise's opera is mostly interesting for Ophelia's part. Here's thesecond part of act II with eng subs. Watch it. Really. If you only watch one performance in this entire top, it's this one:

1- " E strano... sempre libera" from la Traviata de Verdi. Sang by Lleana Cotrubas.

Favourite Violetta of ALL TIMES. I've listened to countless rendition of this opera and no one beats her (Montserrat Caballé is very close though). Her voice is just ... pfff... not human. La Traviata is a very angtsy story about a courtesan in Paris who falls in love with a young man. You do remember Moulin Rouge? the plot is pratically the same except it's the guy's father who asks Violetta to not compromise her son to the society (which she accepts in a terrible scene). It's beautiful and for some reason it didn't had success the first time it was presented to the public ^^. Odd tbh. The plot was probably way too shocking for those times :).

Et voilà. This post is going to be a total misery lol but I really wanted to do it :).

I previously wanted to make one post with just everything, but of course it's going to be quite impossible and take too much time anyway . So this post will only contain some very specific things which are my new computer and my holydays.

1/ Same computer, New desk.

So, some of you might know this already but I came back from Britain to discover that my previous computer (named Kiki) was dead. Kaput. Muerto. I couldn't even put him on again that's how finished he was :/. I wasn't too upset because I have a history about loosing everything that is on my computers tbh. It already happened to me 5 or 6 times before so I deal with it pretty well. And Kiki was showing signs of weakness from some time now.

Anyway, cutting things short, I have a friend who works in computers so he was able to find me one easy and not expensive. Héhé love him ♥.
Therefore, I present to you Shaggydog (yep new kickass name in honor of best direwolf of the universe and beyond ^^).

I just hope he'll be as resistant as the irl Shaggydog . It's quite simple but so far very effective.I don't need some fancy computer since I barely use it for anything else than Word, internet and Itunes. But did you guys knew that those kind of "big" computers (in french we called them "for office") tend to disappear? :o. You either have only laptops or all-in-one new generation computers. I did hesitate with a laptop but since I still had my screen and I'm use to it (it's quite big and I watch all the dramas etc on it)

Be cool Shaggydog. Be resistent .

2/ London Calling.

So London. It changed. Big time. This is the very first time I enjoyed London itself a lot less than usual. I don't know if it's because of the huge major works they are having there (they're going to have the Olympics games so the all city is showing a new face), or because the contrast with the Wales (hkgsgkdfgjhdf) was too big... maybe it was a bit hard of jealousy about the Olympics since I really wanted it to be in Paris? Maybe it's also because London was full. Full of people and tourists. A lot more than usual. Which also means less civility (though nothing and no one can beat the sheer awesome politeness of british staff in the stores tbh ).

I did liked it though and we had a great amount of fun ! In Leicester Square they opened an MnM's store. HUGE. On four levels you have bright looking MnM's looking at you lol!

We laughed quite a bit and spent much more time than we should have in that store but it was so colorful and plenty of gadgets no one needs and we did that test were you find which MnM's suits you. I had the colourful mix and the staff guy was all "oh that one is very rare!!". Thanks for confirming that I'm a special snowflake I guess MnM's ^^. Celine had Light Blue, Arthur had Pink and Loïc Dark Blue.

You could choose your MnM's and take it along the color ^^. Needless to say I only choose brown. Which everyone in my friend group find odd, but I don't care, brown is the least weird because it's the colour of chocolate NA!

So after that the boys and the girls parted their ways. Celine and I wanted to go to Oxford Street to buy some clothes etc, and boys wanted to visit the National science museum which we already did a couple of times ago. I can't tell you how much Oxford Street change in terms of stores. It's uncanny :o. There's a lot of chic stores now. Italian and French. And I just... well I have the same at home so I don't see the point of having them in London too. But that's just probably me.
Anyway good time and then we went to drink in a pub and look at this beauty ♥:

One morning we also decided to make a market and it was brilliant. I can't remember the name of it but it wasn't very big. I took a lot of picture there because I always love the colors you get in a market.

Pretty fruits and vegetables. The price of those in Britain is insane. Litteraly. It's sometimes almost twice the price from here :o.

Bread XD. Omg this one smell SO good!!

I bought a muffin there, it was huge and so fluffy. Best muffin ever.

That actually made me laugh . I don't know if you can see but it says "Fish shop and coffee". I'm sorry, what? So we did get in and it was like the title said a coffee place where you could order a moke, a café etc and a fish shop where you could buy your fish. How amazing is that? Who on Earth has that weird idea of buying your fresh fish and at the same time getting your morning coffee? lol A-MAZING!

We also did Greenwich and we stood on the Greenwich line which was very cool. It felt a bit like we were not in London at that moment. Time feels like it stops within Greenwich making the all afternoon we were there so weird and great!

The all exposition was about Time and Space. I really enjoyed it a lot. And that quote is absolutely heartbreaking somehow:

We did some tourist-y things too. London has some top notch beautiful parks. It feels so good to just spend an afternoon there :).

Nah it's not Pemberley, it's actually Buckingham from an Hyde Park vue ^^.

All in all, lots of good fun despite the city having changed so much ^^!

3/ Everything is Wales and nothing hurts.

We spent some days in Wales and kjfgskgdjfglsdff How much I loved it? Seriously!! I took a lot less pictures over there because I was too much enjoying the all thing in the first place. It's so very very pretty. Very green and sunny and just beautiful. People there have a weird accent but quite easy to understand :). I totally loved Cardiff. I already went there once but only for a couple of hours and we couldn't even do properly the Castle but this time was right XD. The Castle is so great! The all city is really. It's clean not to mention extravagantly plane (I don't know how to say it in english but everything was basically flat ground apart from the Castle which made the city... weird but in a very cool way). Also the Castle is in the middle of the city. HOW GREAT IS THAT? Kickass city is Kickass if you ask me XD.

I did went in the tower, up there. Ugh the stairs were hard and rocky but it was worth it.

That's actually my favorite picture because it's taken from the old castle (and we're talking about Roman Empire here, and probably even before.... that's how old it is) and behind there's new millenium stadium and somehow the association is beautiful :).

The Castle was also a shelter for people during the war and the Blitzkrieg. You know that siren we ear here every first Wednesday of the month? That Silent Hill siren? They passed it when we here in those dark chilly corridors, and they add the bombing sounds... it was impressive :/.

This is marvellous, perfect and just so magnificent in every aspect! HBO thank you for owning us one more time. It was like watching the book live on screen :o. If only Harry Potter movies were like that :o. And do I mention the beauty of every frame? The fact that you almost feel the cold wind of the north on your skin every time they are in Winterfell ( I had to go and search for a blanket at some point)? That you could date/make cookies to the all cast and be honored about it (well not Joffrey or Theon... boys are forever little bitches for me ok)? That the music is so enthralling?

I--I had to really restrained myself for not capping every second of the episode here. It's still very long so bare with me for killing your internet but it was for the greater good :p.

It all begins in the Wall. People who don't know GRR Martin's world have no idea what is the Wall but that's ok. When you first read it, you have no idea either ^^.

So it begins with three guys in black leaving their snow fortress known as the Wall. And you know that you're up up, up, up in the North because it's freezing.

hzkjshfkljsdghfkjdgh I squee irl when I saw the Wall! OMG THE WALL! AIN'T IT BEAUTIFUL?

One of the guys stumble into what appears to be a massacre but an organized one. Like a tribute or something. And you gotta love HBO to not sugarcoat anything.

Disaters senses are tingling and we know at that point that bad things are happening. And by "bad", I mean apocalyptic. Les Autres in french but in english they are called the White Walkers. And they are creepy. Basically, they are zombies who disappeared a hundred years ago. Like dragons. Now they are considered legends and that's it. Well... TOUGH LUCK HUH? Because guess what?

Winter is coming! Mouahahahaha!

And after this little horror movie intro, we get to the amazing opening. I love the transition here! Because that first five minutes were scary as hell. It was so tense, I was barely breathing during it and then, just to make you sure that they were Master of your soul there, HBO kicks you dead with the most amazing opening credit! I had no idea how they were going to do it but those maps and that music works wonders on me. This is the definition of EPIC:

Presentation of Winterfell, Land of the House Stark. We see the banner is a Wolf. We get quickly to the members of this family:

Parents: Eddard "Ned" and Catelyn "Cat" Stark. And their children: Bran who's having some troubles with his bow and arrow, Robb who's very silent and regal somehow, Jon who's all dark and serious and bitter and with the most heartwarming laugh ever. And my little Rickon.

Yes, Rickon has a screencap just for himself ok? It's tough being the smallest one in this family...

Then you have the girls who are making needle practice. How boring is that? Well Arya agrees. But you see Sansa the eldest, getting praised. And Arya who is... well she's looking at Sansa like she's crazy ^^.

Seriously, who likes doing that ffs?

All and all, an almost happy family in a happy cold place.

You know shit is coming right?

The first big warning comes with the Starks, coming back from an execution (one of the guy in black from the first scene actually... he deserted the Wall! OMG THE NERVE OF HIM DESERTING A PLACE WITH FREAKIN ZOMBIES kjgsfdjdl!!!!wtfbbq!!!) and stumbling on very very dead animals (the images are so ewww I couldn't cap them :/). And there's a wolf dead too. And not just normal wolf, no Ser. A direwolf.

Everyone looks horrified. Even Robb which is kinda weird because from the beginning of the episode he looks like a giant pretty statue.

They find little baby wolves alive there. And there are so cute and wonderful and fluffy that you kinda wish one. Papa Stark is all "can"t keep them my brave little toaster" to Bran but Jon and his usual genius is all "'Ok they're five, you have five children... well you have me too but I'm a bastard so tough luck for me... just give it to them".

Look at Theon Greyjoy being all sneaky and ready to kill a wolf... if that's not a foreshadow don't know what it is. Gosh I hate him already.

Papa Stark agrees.And some seconds later, you have Robb eyeing at Jon with the most indescriptable look when he finds a white fluffy baby wolf a bit on the side. A sixth one. It will be Jon's of course.

Don't you want one? And I'm not necessarly talking about the white fluffy baby wolf XD.

Robb is a sphinx. A very pretty one.

So, in the King's landing, we learn that the ~~Prime Minister~~ Hand of the King died. Jon Arryn (keep the name, it's important).

Love that shot.

And that's where you see for the first time two members of the House of Lannister: Cersei, Queen of the Seven Kingdoms and Jaime, her twin brother. You also learn that the king, Cersei's husband is pretty much a debauché who only cares about drinking and whoring.

They are so pretty and Nikolaj makes a spot-on Jaime :o. I was impressed.

Back to Winterfell, Catelyn tells the news to her husband and adds that the King himself is riding with the court to Winterfell. Which only has one explantion: he intends to offer the position of Hand of the King to Ned.

So beautiful...

So the all family cleans themselves good and we have gratuitous Robb and Jon's half naked (I don't include Theon because the mere glimpse of him makes me cringe... seeing his abs just made me puke). I had some problems with that scene to be honest because of Robb.

Robb you're not a douche. Well you can be but... don't make me dislike you :o. I actually like you a lot in the books. The fudge was that joke at Jon's expense? I guess boys will be boys -____-. I'm obviously not one because I never understood these kind of dynamics.

As you can see, I'm also really good with Paint. That was supposed to be a heart around Jon's head...

Meanwhile, our favourite brave little toaster climbed on the roofs and is all awe: the King is coming. He came with the queen Cersei. Lannister's brothers Jaime and Tyrion (who enjoys a lot more the whorehouse than the Winterfell castle ^^) and his children: Joffrey, Myrcella and Tommen.
That scene is hilarious: Sansa is all smitten by Joffrey's little bitchface, Robb seems to not like it, Arya is trolling on everyone and Cersei couldn't look more snobbish. PERFECT.

Robert, always smooth and delicate, goes straight to the Starks cave to visit the grave of Ned's sister who he was madly in love with. Nice to do that in front of Cersei Robert. You know, I'm not a huge fan of Cersei but you gotta give her credit for her patience when it comes to Robert. I don't think I could have handled it as long as she had.

Ok this is the tricky part: we then go to Pentos. City that goes beyond the Seven Kingdoms. Across the Narrow Sea. It's beautiful, hot and very Persian like. And then I have a serious huge crush on Emilia Clark who plays Daenarys. Princess of a lost Kingdom and younger sister of a psychopath known as Vyseris.

Can't hear you over how beautiful I am.

I--I can't...

You gotta love the strong pain in her eyes. You can dear Daenarys because you just killed any self-esteem of any women under 30 just by standing there.

She is stunning. No matter what she wears... overall when it's nothing.

Anyway, that beauty is sold by her brother to a huge strong horse-rider king in exchange of an army. Viserys wants his throne back. Remember when Ned Stark said to Robert "The Targaryens are all dead now"? Well Viserys and Daenarys are Targaryens. They are the only two left from the family and Viserys wants revenge (can't blame him on that point). Except he views his sister as nothing. As a weapon merely. Those scenes were soooooooo violent to the point of making you cringe irl in your couch. No blood or anything but gosh you could feel Daenarys shaking and crying inside herself. Totally trapped. Kuddos to the two actors because that was intense and possibly the best scene out of all the episode imo.

Back to Winterfell. Sansa is being whiny and girly and all that jazz ( I love you Sansa, always have always will but if your mother had slapped you once or twice, you may have not been that crappy teenager at first ^^), dreaming already of marrying Joffrey (guh!). Robert is being a moron ( guh! bis). Jon is being himself, taking his anger on some pillows.. (don't ask) outside because Lady Catelyn doesn't like to see bastards wander in her dining room when there are guests.
Luckily two persons will provide Jon some entertainment this evening: One is his unclen Benjen who comes right from the Wall (you remember that shiny white ice wall from the beginning?). He's a Night's Watcher, guardian of the Wall. Jon seems to want to get into it but Benjen is all "nah you don't know yet what you're into boy, wait a bit".

Uncle Benjen could get it. There, I said it :p.

And in second Tyrion Lannister. Love LOVE that scene. I really like the relationship between Jon and Tyrion in the books and both the actors are playing their characters so freakin well that I'm actually so glad to find what I saw in the books here, on screen.

Tyrion: Let me gave you some advice bastard. Never forget what you are, the rest of the world will not. Wear it like an armour and it can never be used against you.
Jon: The hell would you know about being a bastard?
Tyrion: All dwarves are bastards in their father's eyes.

OMG the delivery of those lines! If I could give them emmys right away, I would!

So the party goes on and you have Cersei asking Sansa if she had her period yet (normal question at a banquet you know) and Oh Sansa, you're so not ready to face people like that.... breaks my heart already... and Ned is still not sure about accepting King Robert's offer because it means to leave Catelyn and some of the children and Winterfell but news comes from Cat's sister, Lysa Aryn. She tells them that the Lannister are the ones who murdered her husband Jon Arryn. Seeing how Robert is surrounded by Lannisters, it makes him in danger. So of course, it changes everything for Ned (you see it in his eyes the moment the news comes, kjgjsgkgdfj Sean Bean is a master).

Far away from the cold North, we go back to Pentos and the bright coasts to see Daenarys and Drogo's wedding. She receives gifts and then my face was probably a mix of "wtf" and "lol?" because who on earth gives snakes as a wedding gift? :o Surreal ^^.

Who cares about flowers or kitchen stuff? Next wedding, I'll bring a cobra.

She looks so frail and white next to him. He's gorgeous by the way. Unf.

Anyway we also see for the first time Ser Jorah Mormont.

But there's also a great gift: eggs of dragons. Three. Beautiful they are but in stone also.

Soon my littles ones.... soon.

And quickly, it's time for the sacrifice... I mean for the weeding night. You see Daenarys looking and saying goodbye litteraly to her virginity symbolized by the sun. And... it's heartbreaking. She's so afraid and she's crying and shaking only this time she can't even hide it. And you have Drogo who's going in circle around her like a vulture around a corpse. It's unsettling really. Good things I've read the chapters because otherwise... Anyway the last image of Daenarys we have is her, naked, pushed to the ground by Drogo, sobbing.

If anyone thinks that was hot, they need a psychatrist (and I'm side eyeing you forever Gina Bellefante for saying that those scenes would make what the girls will enjoy from that tv show. What? You need some help rn).

Back to Winterfell again: Robert and every guy is going for an hunt. Tyrion is not impressed. Neither is Sandor.

I didn't pictured Sandor like that at all. But I trust the producers: if they picked him, must be because he has the right flavour. So far I can't really tell but... yeah not at all like I imagined. Now I get why you were weary about Him alexandral.

We finish this episode with Lil'Bran climbing as usual the Castle. Except he kinda ears some noise and takes a peek. Only to stumble on Jaime f***ing some blond girl.

Happens to be Cersei: Jaime's twin sister.

What do you think will happen? If you answer that Bran will live hapilly ever after, then you're wrong :).

Create Your Own Mixed Scenario.

I was talking with Celine about how Infinite has a perfect group name with a perfect number. And one thing leading to another we came to the conclusion that they should get a tv show with them being the Seven. We began with the Seven Sins and that's an interesting idea but since I'm a huge Neil Gaiman fan, I thought of his comics. So now I present to you:

THE ENDLESS known now as INFINITE

SYNOPSIS

There are seven beings that are not Gods,
that existed before humanity dreamed of Gods,
that will exist after the last God is dead.
There are seven beings that exist because,
deep in our hearts, we know that they exist.

There are seven beings that are called the Endless.
They are, in order of age, Destiny, Death, Dream,
Destruction, Desire and Despair, and Delirium,
who was once Delight. N.Gaiman

The Endless are a dysfunctionnal family who happen to have gigantic powers and responsabilities. They have existed since the dawn of time and have been forgotten for the same amount. Usually, every century Death has to pass some time on Earth in order to keep in touch, only this time they decided to all do this. Some of them weren't keen on the idea and managed to plead that, at least, since they were going to be Mortals for some fickle time, they should be Idols with the respect and love they should always have.

Except that they forgot that the word Idol, doesn't have the same meaning in this XXI century now... and so it all begins...

MAJOR CHARACTERS

DESTINY --> KIM SUNG GYU

Destiny is the oldest of the Endless; in the Beginning was the Word, and it was traced by his hand on the first page of his book, before ever it was spoken aloud.There are some who believe him to be blind; whilst others, perhaps with more reason, claim that he has travelled far beyond blindness, that indeed, he can do nothing but see: that he sees the fine traceries the galaxies make as they spiral through the void, that he watches the intricate patterns living things make on their journey through time.Destiny smells of dust and libraries of night.
He leaves no footprints.

He casts no shadow.

Sung Gyu is very polite and you almost never hear him. He still has a vision in sepia even in this world but no one in the business knows that. He doesn't like to be too much surrounded since he senses perfectly what everyone will be. Without his precious management, the smooth cycles of the universe would become imbalanced, and the sometimes petty and greedy actions of the other Endless (namely Destruction, Desire and Delirium) would have incredibly destructive results. He doesn't like to be here but doesn't voice his discontent.

He already knows what's going to happen.

DEATH --> LEE HO WON

....And then there is Death

The beginning and the end. He's always the last one to go to sleep. As it should be. His job is quite particular and he's the only Endless who actually has the experience of being a mortal hence the others always asking him questions. Hoya is a well-meaning celebrity with a squeaky-clean image who donates to charities and sincerely wants to help people with their troubles, be they familial or around the house. Despite a shy exterior he would be very bubbly and crafty. He still believes that everyone around him doesn't like him. Because he is Death and he is feared. But he slowly gets use to be touched and smile at. It is nice after all.

Truth is, he likes to be human.

DREAM --> LEE SUNG YEOL

It is hard to say anything at this time about Dream. The previous Dream was a cold follower of rules, a collector of names, a breaker of his own heart. He was also a prince of stories, a friend to few, and an enemy to some. This is neither the place nor the time though, to tell his story. The current Dream seems more compassionate than his predecessor, more caring, more concerned. But it is too early to tell anything about his reign over what is not, except perhaps this: The king is dead, long live the king.

Sometimes serious and foreboding, other times cheerful and smiling, the God of Dreams' mood often depends on the dreamworlds he's been supervising. He often feels undervalued within the Endless despite being the one with the "heaviest" past. He can enter and shape everyone's dreams and he finds himself completely overwhelmed within the world of idols. All they talk about is dreams and it baffles him. He never fancied himself so important. Not in a mortal flesh.

That's why he keeps acting weird.

DESTRUCTION --> JANG DONG WOO

Approximately 300 years ago, Destruction abandoned his realm. His sigil has been taken down, and he can no longer be reached. He is not dead, for if that was so, another aspect of Destruction would have taken his place. He simply choose not to be responsible for destruction and all other facets of his domain anymore. There is still destruction and change, it is just no longer controlled.

Destruction can no longer be reached, but should you ever you meet a tall, red-haired man, carrying a knapsack, you might want to offer him some bread and cheese. He tells good stories.

Dongwoo's abilities, and curse, is that he can destroy and decay anything he touches. It's ironic of course knowing how lively and joyful he is. He feels perfect in his mortal skin: no destruction anymore. No solitude. He can't fix who he is but he can pretend.

But the pretense can only be for a little time and Dongwoo is oftenly caught in what could be scandals: fights, girls and alcohol. Destiny is always there to help him.

As usual.

DESIRE --> NAM WOO HYUN

It is unlikely that any portrait will ever do Desire justice, since to see is to love, passionately, painfully, and to the exclusion of all else.
Desire smiles in brief flashes, like sunlight glinting from a knife-edge. And there is much else that is knife-like about Desire. Never a possession, always the possessor, with skin as pale as smoke, and eyes tawny and sharp as yellow wine: Desire is everything you have ever wanted. Whoever you are. Whatever you are.

Everything.

Woo Hyun is the epythome of what every one wants. He's been a recognized model, worked in countless hipsters mvs, could have been a distinct Chef or even aimed a Gold Medal if he wanted to. But he's also the one who's the most terrified at the idea of staying in his mortal flesh. He hates it here. Everyone should adore him and yet... everyone seems to act strange. He doesn't understand why people are not at his feet. And Dream keeps getting on his nerves.
He's starting to loose patience.

He wants to be taken seriously.

DESPAIR --> KIM MYUNG SOO

It is said that scattered through Despair's domain are a multitude of tiny windows, hanging in the void. Each window looks out on a different scene, being, in our world, a mirror. Sometimes you will look into a mirror and feel the eyes of Despair upon you, feel her hook catch and snag upon your heart.

Despair says little, and is patient.

Despair is Desire's twin brother. Handsome and mysterious, he easily distracts you just by looking at you. He usually stays silent and waits. Myung Soo finds the all industry perfect. It all feeds his work and dark soul. The all pretending laughs, the real pain behind most of idols enthusiasm is mostly welcomed by him.
You also don't want to piss him off. His quiet behaviour is just a pretense and Myung Soo can be a bit of a spitfire. He will annihilate you without even looking back if he gets a grudge (and he knows everyone's most dark secrets).
Only his brothers know the truth: that Myung Soo will only mess with the ones who are in the wrong.

But it's not alway easy to be a Tragic Hero.

DELIRIUM --> LEE SEONG JONG

Delirium is the youngest of the Endless. Delirium was once Delight, but that was long ago even as the Endless reckon, and only Delirium herself knows why she changed.

Who knows what Delirium sees?

The Goldfish. The Butterfly. Seong Joon is the youngest even in the real realm and he's so used to it that it doesn't really make any difference. Always watched by his family, Seong Jong didn't changed anything about his character to fit the human world. He has that disarming smile and effortless good nature that makes it impossible for anyone to hold a grudge with him for too long. Not even Myung Soo.

Somehow, he's beginning to be Delight again.

Never give me mixed fandoms, I always end up with ideas like that *___*.

The Borgias 1x01 - The Pilot.

First thing to be said: I was not disappointed. It was really well done. I love so much the casting I could just kiss everyone (and maybe multiple times for Cesare but that's another story ^^). It was hot but not with gratuitous sex (it was a lot tamer than I was expecting which is a very very nice surprise). It was clever and the all cast was superb (the girls were particularly good in my opinion). It was bloody and brutal but never gore.

And they kept some "real" elements that I love like the fact that Cesare hated with passion the fact that he had to be a cleric or that the food was horrible when the Cardinals had to vote ^^.

It begins with the Pope Innocent VIII dying.

And Cardinals are already fighting for power. Two of them in particular: Della Rovere and of course, Borgia. I love that scene because wow, talk about cold war. The two keep looking at each other, anticipating what the other one will do and say. Fierce battles ahead XD. Plots! Murders! In the words of Sherlock, this is Christmas!

Meanwhile we are introduced to Lucrezia Borgia, a charming fourteen young girl, very pretty and lively who is actually spying on her older brother having sex.

Yep you read it right.

For a bit I though they were going to kiss when he chased her down. But I guess that was what they were aiming for in the audience.

I think we can state safely that we're going to have the all incest otp and I, for one, am not complaining because I actually love Lucrezia and Cesare. Can't help it really *shrugs*. Anyway, girl is spying on her brother and cuteness issues. You can already see that Lucrezia is Cesare biggest weakness. He cares deeply about his family and would do anything to protect them as stated later by himself but Lucrezia is the most cherished one.
We are also a bit later introduced to the younger son: Gianni played by that awesome guy from Pilars of Earth (he was the vilain so I guess he's staying on his ground with this role...somehow). Pretty obvious that Gianni has a deep complex: he wants and feels to be his father's favourite. He makes a point of always reminding the world that. He's deeply violent and irrationnal for what was saw of him. Of course Cesare being a man of the Church, Gianni is a man of War.

The Borgias are "spaniards" as some of romans states multiple times. They are strangers in that italian city and you see all of them dealing with blatant racism. Which is crazy since, like Gianni says he's "born here".
After some struggle, Borgia is elected Pope under the name of Alexander Septus.

During the ceremony you have a delicious conversation between Cesare and Lucrezia who keep being boderline.

Ah! Black is Cesare's color and always will be. The contrast with Blonde and shinee Lucrezia is beautiful here :).

She keeps looking at him like that...

" And when I will marry? - Never if I can help it."

It's only the first episode WHY ARE YOU DOING THIS TO ME?

He's french canadian by the way ^^.

Some Cardinals are not really happy with the new Pope and plots are made to even kill him. That's when Michelletto enters in the story. He was contracted to kill the Pope by poisonning his wine but Cesare intercepted him and, because that's how Cesare awesomeness roll, he made him change sides.

So now Michelletto works for him as a double agent. He's supposed to work for Della Rovere but delivers all informations to Cesare. He's... well deeply weird. He's a nice addition to the story since I really don't know what to think of him. He seems somehow attached to Cesare but that was very quick so I'm not sure yet.

See that lemon? see those marks? make the equation...yeah that was painful to watch :/.

Della Rovere has indeed a new plan to bring the Pope down. He could destitute him if he can prooves that the Pope behaves "unholly" which happens to be a good plan because you know what? the Pope just found himself a new doll: Julia (kjgjkdgskj love her!).
Julia Fornese is married and she wants in Pope's bed. She's clever not to mention beautiful in a very ethereal way.

Jeremy Irons can get it. Seriously. I don't even care if he's old enough to be my grandpa.

She also makes sure she gets friendly with Lucrezia.

The hair and the dresses keep me insane. And yes that screencap is only for the sake of it XD.

Della Rovere is soooo pleased by that "mistake" and even better: there's a servant who is a witness of what happens between the Pope and Julia.

Team Borgia.

You know how it ends: Cesare uses Michelletto and the girls get killed. My dear Della Rovere, you need to step up your game here because you are fighting against murderers. Worst even, Cesare and his favourite assassin made sure that the all "scandal" could be useful against Della Rovere.

" Whom we can trust in this room of ours?"

" I believe trust is to be earned my Lord."

" Perhaps...perhaps it has been."

Well, aren't you popular Cesare? ^^
