Life is always full of suprises

This is what's been going on in my life since Friday afternoon. My parents came to visit which is something they do fairly often because we are very close. They had news. After almost 45 years of marriage, they are getting divorced. I know that I'm 25, so it shouldn't affect me as much right? Not the case. My parents have never been ones to argue or show real signs of this coming. They had been talking to a lawyer for a week before telling my brother and I. Now I will literally be stuck between them, as my mom is moving 1 1/2 hours north of me. Daddy is 1 1/2 hours south. It's just a total shock, so I've been feeling pretty down since Friday. The upside is that it is mutual and there is no fighting going on.
