Talk Title: Mission Critical Audit Logs
Description: At FeedMe, 30 million operations flow through our F&B platform every day. Most look routine. But months or years later, a single staff action can become the most important question in the room. Malaysia's seven-year data retention requirement means audit logs are no longer just engineering infrastructure; they are business evidence for compliance, dispute resolution, and fraud analysis. The challenge is not ingestion volume. It is keeping years of data affordable and queryable at the same time. This talk covers FeedMe's migration of OpenTelemetry logs from POS systems into ClickHouse, where we are seeing up to 90% storage reduction for the same retention period, and how that changes audit logs from a short-lived debugging tool into long-term, searchable business memory.
Speaker: King Wei Lo, CTO @ FeedMe
Hardcore builder at the heart, strongly believe programming language will be the most influencing language in the world
Talk Title: From Metrics to Meaning: Building Cloud-Native Observability for AI Agents
Description: Your cloud-native stack is instrumented. Your Kubernetes workloads emit traces, your services push metrics, and your dashboards are green. But the LLM-powered agent running on top of all that infrastructure is completely opaque. Traditional observability tools tell you the container is healthy. They cannot tell you the agent is reasoning incorrectly.
This talk bridges the gap between cloud-native observability and the emerging discipline of LLM observability. We will explore how OpenTelemetry can be extended to instrument agentic workflows, what traces look like across multi-hop tool calls and model invocations, and how platform teams can build evaluation pipelines that bring the same operational rigor to AI systems that they already apply to distributed services. Vendor-neutral, OTel-first, and immediately applicable to any cloud-native stack.
Speaker: Maruthi Lokanathan, Solution Architect @ ClickHouse
