    Since yesterday, any ad with an AI-generated person in it needs a visible disclosure to run in New York. The Synthetic Performer Disclosure Law went into effect on June 9th, and it covers any ad where an AI-generated performer appears, in every medium where it runs. Skipping the label costs $1,000 the first time and $5,000 every time after that.
