Monique Bardino is the Director of Property Management for Florida at Lincoln, overseeing property management operations across a statewide portfolio that includes office, industrial, IOS, and retail assets. With more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience, she brings a client-first approach to property operations, with a strong focus on tenant experience, ownership relationships, and service delivery.  

Monique joined Lincoln in 2020 as Director of Property Management for South Florida, where she built and led a team of more than 50 professionals across Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties. In her expanded statewide role, she now leads a team of more than 100 employees. She is known for developing high-performing teams through structured training programs and clearly defined Standard Operating Procedures that drive consistency, accountability, and operational excellence across the portfolio.  

A forward-thinking leader, Monique actively champions technology adoption and process innovation to improve efficiency, maximize team output, and elevate the overall tenant and client experience. Her operational expertise spans tenant relations, CAM reconciliation, budget preparation, construction project management, and asset-level strategy, with a consistent focus on aligning building performance with ownership objectives.  

Prior to Lincoln, Monique held leadership roles at Codina Partners, Hines, Pointe Group Advisors, and Cushman & Wakefield, where she managed large-scale commercial assets and developed a strong foundation in institutional-quality property management.
