Margee Parker joined Lincoln Property Company in 2002. With more than 20 years of professional experience in commercial real estate, Margee leads the property management division for Lincoln’s Mid-Atlantic Region, providing oversight for all owned and third-party assets managed across Washington, D.C., Maryland, Virginia and Pennsylvania. She provides leadership, mentoring, financial and operational support for over 200 property management professionals who serve the company’s clients and partners.
Through hands-on training and guidance, Margee helps the combined team deliver premier service and optimize the performance of over 60 million SF of assets across the Mid-Atlantic Region.
Prior to joining Lincoln, Margee was with Trammell Crow Company. She has become a leading figure in the property management division, known for her outstanding leadership and strategic decision-making abilities. Margee is committed to leveraging Lincoln’s resources, relationships and expertise to best support our clients and ensure optimal outcomes.
