This song is basically for 2x13 episode, it represents Blair's feelings at that time and why she wanted to say "I Love You"

Ok, now this is my wish for season 5. People are saying Chair is meant to be, that it's destiny and it's how i see it. I hope for them to accept who they're and try to become better people, then they can be together and safe.
