I am saddened and grieved that my local lib. that had an ongoing book sale where one could have a bag of books for a buck is no more. Why, dear god in heaven why?
While there, I saw one of those little Christian books that tale us how we're all going to hell. You know, the ones they leave around places that are made to look like little comic books?
I like to collect them and read them.
Why? I don't know, just so I can say I have an odd collection one day to show my Grandkids.
I don't agree with them and their views, but I find it interesting that they have the guts to put those things out there.
In some crazy way, I feel 2% sorry that few people read their sorry little stories.
So I have them, I read them. And one day it'll be my claim to fame?
That or Stalking Marc Alaimo.
Finished the Drips prompt from "Daily Paper Prompt" onto flowers, which I am cutting some out of books from the lib. I mean the ones I bought when they were having the freaking sale.
Tom. Is hubby's bday.
Dinner at rent's house, and baking him a key-lime flavored cake.
Might also eat at Denny's since he gets a free meal for his day.
He got a call for a job he applied for a day ago.
They called late and when he called back, they were already gone for the day.
He'll have to call them back again.
Tried calling back the lib. about possible volunteering, but so far it's just leave a message and they bitch never calls me back.
Sorry, but that's just beyond rude.
Re-watching SD9 just because I have needs that only Gul Dukat can meet.
I hated the last season, though getting to see Marc without make-up was amazing.
