A. It’s simple. Start by choosing five different numbers between 1 and 49 (or we can choose them for you). These five numbers will make up one line, otherwise known as a ‘chance’, which is one entry into the lottery. You can select how many lines you want to play per week, up to a maximum of five lines when playing online. Then enter your details to set up your monthly Direct Debit, and that’s it! Easy – and it only takes a few minutes. One line costs just £1 per draw. There is a draw every week on a Friday.

A. You can buy up to a maximum of five lines per week online. If you would like to purchase more than five lines (up to a maximum of 10) please call our lottery hotline on 0330 002 0050.

A. You need to choose five numbers between 1 and 49 for every line you want to play in the RNIB WIN WIN Lottery. If you’d prefer us to choose your numbers for you, simply select ‘choose for me’ and we will generate a random set of numbers for you. You cannot submit the same line of numbers more than once per week.

A. When we have processed your entry, we’ll send you a confirmation letter through the post confirming your numbers, Direct Debit details and payment schedule.

A. The draw will take place every Friday, and all winners will be notified by post within 21 days. You can also check our results section to see the latest winning numbers.

A. Our Superdraw is exclusive to our RNIB WIN WIN Lottery players. We hold our Superdraw four times a year in March, June and September, the jackpot is £15,000 cash. In December, the jackpot is £25,000. To play the Superdraw you don’t need to do anything different because, as a weekly player, you’re automatically in - for free! However, if you’d like to increase your chances of winning, you can buy extra lines by calling us on 0330 002 0050.

A. Yes, you can change your selected numbers at any time by calling our lottery hotline on 0330 002 0050.

A. Every line costs £1 per draw, per week. So if you play one line per week, for instance, you will pay £4 or £5 a month. If you play more than one line per week, your Direct Debit will increase to reflect this, for example, if you play two lines per week, you will pay £8 or £10 per month.
