  • Good evening to everyone. Grace and Peace be with you.

Today was an early rise and a quick hit the road. First doctor was at 8, and the last was at 1:30. In the midst of times between, we grabbed lunch, went shopping for materials for my book signings and sales, picked up medicine, and then some groceries for dinner. A full day indeed. Finishing up with mushrooms and then cheesecake.

Yesterday’s event was fantastic. Good sales. Good friends made. Connections with other opportunities. Seeds planted. And to make it interesting, an exercise program was implemented when the wind caught the canopies. Prolly shoulda staked and weighted. Ooops.

Over the last few weeks, I have had my eyes opened to an entirely new world. A world where my focus has never been clearer. It is a bit on the odd side, because I had always thought I knew my path, and maybe I did, but in retrospect, it may have been more duty-bound than insight.

Please do not misunderstand, I would not trade my military time or my time at the post office, nor any of the many other jobs that I have held in my lifetime. They each played a serious role in God’s plan for me.

The military … gave me a sense of duty, a sense of standard, a sense of family … other than blood, a sense of respect … not only for others, but for myself as well. And oh so much more.

The factory … this is where God sent Ms. Linda. A beautiful woman who found Jesus later in life. Fell head over heals in love with Him. Listen to Him and approached me ever so kindly in my darkest moments with my back turned towards Him. Gently reminding me that He had not gone anywhere. He was waiting patiently for me. Ms. Linda had no idea why I had turned my back. Nor did it matter, all that mattered was that her Lord told her I was her target and she obeyed. Also, at the factory, Bobbi. A wild child who cared deeply for her team. She guided me through a very, very dark time. Reminding me … of my self-worth.
The struggles with the other jobs, including the 911 operator job in the county where I lost my child, then taking a call from a woman who came home from work to find her husband of over 50 years, I believe, blue in his chair. I had to talk her through the situation while fighting my own battles after loosing my daughter. The strength I found in that moment.

Lastly, so far, the post office. Not without its own drama and problems has led me to a life that I could only dream of. With friends that are beyond words. External family members who love unconditionally. Then, also, the post office brought back my love for writing. A story in itself.

The last three weeks have been relaxing. Refreshing. Invigorating. Eye-opening. But most of all, rewarding. My husband and I are connecting in ways that we had long time lost, many moons ago. I am able to spend extensive time with my aging mother, on the drop of a dime. My writing is taking off and my ability to meet authors and souls in venues I would not been otherwise… amazing.

I do not know what He has in store for me. Frankly, in just the last three weeks, it's indescribable. My schedule is no less busy, just in a different direction. All I can say … is Thank you. Thank you to all the people who have come into my life, spoke love and wisdom, adopted me into your circle, and … when necessary … spoke Truth. One of the hardest things to do … when you truly care for someone, because you do not want them to hurt … but sometimes Truth is what is needed. I have been sincerely blessed.

My prayer this evening … is that you all are blessed as well.

    Good night.

  • From Water to Glory
The Lifelong Journey of a Disciple
    By Rev. M. R. Mahlaule
For many Christians, baptism is remembered as one of the most beautiful and joyful moments of faith. White garments, songs of praise, and the powerful symbolism of going down into the water and rising again mark a public declaration: I belong to Christ.
But what happens after the water dries?
Across churches today, a quiet struggle exists. Many believers celebrate baptism wholeheartedly, yet feel uncertain about how to live the Christian life that follows. Without guidance, some drift back into old habits, others mix faith with practices Christ called them out of, and many simply stagnate—saved, yet unsure how to grow.
Christianity, however, was never meant to end at the water. Baptism is not the finish line. It is the doorway.
    Baptism: Where the Journey Begins
Scripture teaches that baptism is a powerful identification with Christ’s death, burial, and resurrection (Romans 6:3–4). When a believer is immersed in water, the old life is symbolically buried. When they rise, they step into new life.
Thabo’s story reflects this truth clearly. Standing at the edge of the baptismal pool, he knew he was leaving more behind than water could wash away—fear, confusion, and a past shaped by ancestral rituals that no longer defined him. As he rose from the water, he experienced freedom. Yet what mattered most was not that moment alone, but what followed.
Baptism marks the beginning of transformation, not its completion. Without discipleship, baptism risks becoming a beautiful ritual with little lasting impact.
    Repentance: Turning the Heart Around
If baptism is the doorway, repentance is the step that brings us there. True repentance is more than feeling sorry—it is a change of heart, mind, and direction. Scripture calls us to “turn to God” so that times of refreshing may come (Acts 3:19).
Naledi grew up surrounded by anger and unforgiveness. Though she longed for God, she feared change. One night, hearing the story of the prodigal son, she recognised herself. Repentance for her did not begin with perfection, but surrender. She forgave, apologised, and began to walk differently.
Repentance is not a once-off altar moment; it is a lifestyle. It keeps the believer humble, teachable, and open to God’s shaping hand.
    Faith: Learning to Trust Completely
Faith is the heartbeat of the Christian life. It is not blind optimism, but confident trust in who God is and what God has promised (Hebrews 11:1).
Sipho learned this when his business collapsed. Knowing about Jesus was no longer enough—he had to trust Jesus. As he read Scripture, he realised faith is a daily decision to rely on God even when circumstances feel uncertain.
Faith grows through testing. Every challenge becomes an invitation to trust God more deeply, not less.
The Word of God: A Living Foundation
A disciple cannot grow without the Word of God. Scripture is not merely information—it is transformation. Paul writes that all Scripture is God-breathed and useful for shaping a mature believer (2 Timothy 3:16–17).
Lerato discovered this when conflicting teachings left her confused. Once she committed to reading the Bible daily, the Word became her guide, her comfort, and her protection. Like a lamp to her feet, it illuminated the path of discipleship.
A Bible that remains closed cannot shape a transformed life.
Prayer: Walking in Relationship with God
Prayer is not a religious performance—it is relationship. Jesus Himself withdrew often to pray, reminding us that intimacy with the Father fuels spiritual strength.
Themba once felt spiritually dry, believing prayer required perfect words. When he learned to speak to God simply and honestly, prayer became a place of peace and renewal. Through prayer, faith deepens and dependence on God becomes real.
A praying disciple is a growing disciple.
Fellowship: We Were Never Meant to Walk Alone
Discipleship is not a solo journey. From the early church in Acts, believers grew through shared life, shared faith, and shared burdens.
Mpho avoided fellowship for years, believing faith was private. But when hardship came, isolation nearly overwhelmed him. In community, he found encouragement, accountability, and renewed strength.
God often uses people to shape His people.
Service: Reflecting the Heart of Christ
Jesus redefined greatness through service. “The Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve” (Mark 10:45).
Karabo learned that service does not begin on a stage, but in simple obedience. Helping one elderly woman opened her heart to a lifestyle of compassion. Service matures the believer by shifting the focus from self to others.
Where service flows, Christ is reflected.
    Perseverance: Standing Firm Through Trials
The Christian journey includes hardship. Perseverance is not passive endurance, but active trust.
Zanele faced prolonged trials that did not resolve quickly. Through Scripture, she learned that suffering produces perseverance, character, and hope (Romans 5:3–5). Her trials became her testimony.
Faith that has never been tested has never been strengthened.
    Hope: Anchored in God’s Promises
Christian hope is not wishful thinking—it is confident expectation. It anchors the soul beyond present pain (Hebrews 6:19).
Refilwe discovered this after repeated disappointments. When she rooted her hope in God’s promises rather than circumstances, joy slowly returned. Hope does not deny pain; it gives pain meaning.
A hopeful disciple is a resilient disciple.
    Holiness: Living Set Apart
Holiness is not perfection—it is devotion. To be holy is to belong wholly to God.
Andile struggled with compromise until he realised holiness was about relationship, not rules. As he surrendered daily choices to God, he found freedom rather than restriction.
Holiness is the fruit of loving God deeply.
Glory: The Destination That Shapes the Journey
Every step of discipleship leads toward glory—the fullness of God’s presence and our final transformation into Christlikeness (Romans 8:30).
Thandi found comfort in this truth after losing her husband. The promise that God will wipe away every tear gave her strength to endure. Glory does not remove grief, but it anchors it in hope.
The Christian life is lived forward, but understood through eternity.
    From Water to Glory
Discipleship is not an event—it is a lifelong journey. It begins in the water, continues through daily surrender, and ends in glory. Along the way, God shapes believers through repentance, faith, the Word, prayer, fellowship, service, perseverance, holiness, and hope.
The invitation is simple, yet profound:
Do not stop at the water.
    Do not walk alone.
    Do not lose heart.
The One who began a good work in you will bring it to completion.
    Your journey—from water to glory—continues.

  • STORACALS OF PROPHECY # 19
Hello friends, family, and my brothers, and sisters in Christ.

    This is Brother Johnny Gass.

    Welcome to Bible study.

Study to show thyself to approved unto God, a Workman unashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth. 2 Timothy 2:15

Please share these lessons with everyone you know for the expansion of the kingdom of God.

    The Daughter's Dance

King Herod's wife, Herodias, hated John the Baptist. The desert-dwelling prophet had dared to call her an adulteress for leaving her husband Philip to marry his evil but wealthier brother. Now the wicked queen determined to use her influence over Herod to get even with John. First, she persuaded him to have John imprisoned. Then she asked to have John executed, but Herod refused. He knew that John was a true prophet and feared political backlash from the people. Finally, Herodias developed a fool-proof scheme. She threw a party for Herod's birthday and invited all his friends and the nobles from his realm, then she arranged for her beautiful daughter Salome to dance in a seductive, captivating style. Herodias hoped that after Herod had a few glasses of wine, he would ask Salome what reward she wanted for her enchanting dance. Her sinister plan worked. After Salome's dance, Herod made a pompous oath: "Whatsoever thou shalt ask of me, I will give it thee, unto the half of my kingdom." Mark 6:23. As the inebriated guests were applauding the king's generosity, the girl stood ready with her reply. Then she shocked everyone by asking for the head of John the Baptist on a platter! Herod was stunned by the gruesome request, but all of his shocked friends were watching for his response. Afraid that he would appear weak if he refused, the proud king reluctantly gave the order. That very day the mighty prophet John was beheaded alone in prison. This was not the first time that a mother and daughter team used the government to persecute God's people.

    1. What other mother and daughter team persecuted God's people in the Old Testament?

1 Kings 18:13. ________ slew the prophets of the Lord.

2 Kings 11:1 And when Athaliah ... saw that her son was dead, she arose and destroyed all the seed royal.

    Answer : ____________________

NOTE: In the Old Testament, Jezebel and her daughter Athaliah were known for violently controlling the northern and southern kingdoms of Israel and Judah, and for forcing pagan worship on God's people.

    2. What is the second angel's message in Revelation 14?

Revelation 14:8. And there followed another angel, saying, _________ is fallen, is fallen, that great city, because she made all nations drink of the wine of the wrath of her fornication.

    Answer : ____________________

NOTE: Revelation 14 contains an urgent three-point message that must reach the entire world before Jesus' second coming. In this lesson we will look at the second point of that message. God's indictment of Babylon is given because she has made all nations drunk with her intoxicating wine. This lesson will address some very straight, and perhaps disturbing, messages to both Catholic and Protestant believers. Remember that the second angel's message is from Jesus, the One we all love. Open your heart to His truth, for His only aim is to save and to bless you.

    3. How does God symbolize Babylon in Revelation 17?

Revelation 17:18. And the _______ which thou sawest is that great city, which reigneth over the kings of the earth.

    Answer : ____________________

NOTE: In Bible prophecy, a woman symbolizes a church. A pure woman represents God's true church as described in Revelation 12. An unfaithful woman represents a church that has departed from the Scriptures. We can be certain who this fallen woman is, because Revelation 17:18 says she was ruling when Revelation was written. History tells us it was pagan Rome (Luke 2:1) that eventually turned over its authority, capital city, and power to papal Rome.

    4. What other evidence from Revelation 17 proves that Babylon refers to papal Rome?

Revelation 17:3. ... I saw a woman sit upon a scarlet coloured beast, full of names of _________,

    A. She is guilty of __________ (verse 3).
    B. She is dressed in purple and scarlet (verse 4).
    C. She is called the Mother (verse 5).
    D. She has harlot daughters who also are fallen (verse 5).
    E. She persecuted and martyred the saints (verse 6).
    F. She sits upon "seven mountains" (verse 9).
    G. She ruled over the "kings of the earth" (verse 18).

    Answer : ____________________

NOTE: Papal Rome fits every description. Its headquarters is in Rome--"the city of seven hills." Scarlet is the color of cardinals' robes, and the pope often wears the royal color of purple at important functions. The Roman Catholic church freely admits that during the Middle Ages, she persecuted the saints and ruled over the kings of the earth. (For evidence that the papacy is guilty of blasphemy, review Lesson 13.) God's symbolism fits perfectly--a fallen mother church whose fallen daughters protested and thus began to be called Protestants. Notice this quote from Father James A. O'Brien: "That observance [of Sunday instead of Saturday] remains as a reminder of the Mother Church from which the non-Catholic sects broke away."1

1The Faith of Millions (Huntington, IN: Our Sunday Visitor, Inc., 1974), p. 401.

    5. How do the beasts of Revelation 13 and 17 compare?

Revelation 13:1. And I stood upon the sand of the sea, and saw a beast rise up out of the sea, having seven heads and ten __________, ... and upon his heads the name of blasphemy.

Revelation 17:3 I saw a woman sit upon a scarlet coloured beast, full of names of blasphemy, having seven heads and ten __________.

    Answer : ____________________

NOTE: The beast of Revelation 13:1-10 and the beast of Revelation 17 are obviously the same. Both symbolize this Roman power. Revelation 17 points out the church-state coalition, with the church (the fallen woman) riding and controlling the state (the beast). Revelation 13 also portrays two beasts involved in forcing others to worship. The first beast is the same power as the "mother of harlots" described in Revelation 17. This lesson will soon reveal the identity of the second beast.

    6. What is the meaning and origin of the word "Babylon"?

Genesis 11:4, 6, 7, 9. Let us build us a city and a tower, whose top may reach unto heaven. ... And the Lord said, ... let us go down, and there _________ [confuse] their language, that they may not understand one another's speech. ... Therefore is the name of it called Babel; because the Lord did there __________ the language of all the earth.

    Answer : ____________________

NOTE: The terms "Babel" and "Babylon" both mean confusion. The name originated at the Tower of Babel, built by defiant pagans after the Flood. They hoped to build it so high that no future floodwaters could cover it. But the Lord confused their languages, which created such chaos that the project was abandoned. Babylon later arose to be an idolatrous world kingdom that persecuted God's people. In the book of Revelation, the term "Babylon" signifies a counterfeit religious kingdom that is an enemy of God's spiritual Israel.

    7. How does God describe Babylon in urging His people to leave?

Revelation 18:2-4. And he cried mightily with a strong voice, saying, Babylon the great is ________, is __________, and is become the habitation of devils, and the hold of every foul spirit. ... Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues.

    Answer : ____________________

NOTE: God says that Babylon has fallen and has become the home of devils and evil spirits. He warns that her sins are so offensive that Babylon must be destroyed. God's people must come out quickly, or else be destroyed with Babylon's plagues.

    8. Jesus repeatedly indicts Babylon for making the world drunk with her wine. What is this wine?

Revelation 17:4. Having a golden cup in her hand full of ___________.

    Answer : ____________________

NOTE: Her wine cup is full of intoxicating lies (Proverbs 12:22), or false teachings that make people spiritually drunk. Here is a partial list of her beguiling lies:

    A. The Ten Commandments are not binding (see Lesson 6).

    B. Sunday sacredness (see Lesson 14).

    C. Secret rapture (see Lesson 3).

    D. Immortality of the soul (see Lesson 9).

    E. An eternal torment in hell (see Lesson 10).

    F. Confessing your sins to a priest (see Lesson 13).

    G. Counterfeit baptisms (see Lesson 11).

    H. A confusion of tongues (see Lesson 23).

The sad truth is that once Babylon's messages are accepted, a person becomes spiritually drunk and virtually unable to understand what the Bible really says, because these false doctrines dull a person's ability to comprehend the truth.

    9. What power will support the beast in the end time?

Revelation 13:11, 12. I beheld ________ beast coming up out of the earth; and he had two horns like a lamb, and he spake as a dragon. And he exerciseth all the power of the first beast before him, and causeth the earth and them which dwell therein to worship the first beast, whose deadly wound was healed.

    Answer : ____________________

NOTE: Brace yourself! This second beast of Revelation 13 symbolizes the United States of America. Consider the evidence:

    A. The time it arose.
God described this power as rising up about the same time the first beast goes into captivity and receives its deadly wound (Revelation 13:10, 11). The United States of America arose about the time the papacy's power was broken at the end of the 1,260 years, which was in 1798. America declared its independence in 1776, voted the Constitution in 1787, adopted the Bill of Rights in 1791, and was clearly recognized as a world power in 1798.

    B. It arose from the earth.
As we've studied before, the waters from which most kingdoms (beasts) arose represent a densely populated area (Revelation 17:15). The earth represents the opposite. The United States fits this point perfectly because it was established on a sparsely populated continent.

    C. It had two horns like a lamb.
In prophecy, a lamb represents Jesus and a horn represents power. The two great horns represent Protestant principles upon which America was founded civil and religious liberty. The founding fathers fled from Europe to escape religious and political persecution. They established a society based on the principles of civil and religious freedom-"government without a king and religion without a Pope."

    10. According to the prophecy, what drastic change will take place in America?

Revelation 13:11. And he ______ as a dragon.

    Answer : ____________________

NOTE: Speaking as a dragon means that the United States, under the influence of Satan, will reverse its original Protestant principles of the separation of church and state. It will pass religious laws forcing people to worship contrary to conscience or else be punished with economic sanctions (verses 16, 17) and finally death (verse 15).

    11. What three powers will unite against God's people in the end time?

Revelation 16:13. And I saw three unclean spirits like frogs come out of the mouth of the dragon, and out of the mouth of the beast, and out of the mouth of the false ________.

    Answer : ____________________

NOTE: The dragon is Satan (Revelation 12:9), working through pagan religions. The beast of Revelation 13:1-10 is the papacy. The false prophet in Revelation 16 is apostate Protestantism in America, which is the same power as the beast of Revelation 13:11-17 that has two horns like a lamb but will later speak as a dragon. This is the power that does "great wonders" and "deceiveth them that dwell on the earth by the means of those miracles which he had power to do in the sight of the beast." Revelation 13:13, 14. (Compare with the description of the false prophet given in Revelation 19:20.)

    12. Will these diverse organizations ever effectively unite?

Revelation 16:14. For they are the spirits of devils, working miracles, which go forth unto the _______ of the earth and of the whole world, to gather them to the battle of that great day of God Almighty.

    Answer : ____________________

NOTE: Yes, God says they will unite. Notice that they are united in their work of spreading deception and building a confederacy against God's people. The "battle of that great day of God Almighty" is the same event as the dragon making war with the woman's offspring (Revelation 12:17).

    13. What effective methods will this end-time coalition utilize?

Revelation 16:14. For they are the spirits of devils, working _________.

Revelation 13:13, 14 And he doeth great wonders, so that he maketh fire come down from heaven on the earth in the sight of men, And deceiveth them that dwell on the earth by the means of those __________ which he had power to do.

    Answer : ____________________

NOTE: This end-time coalition will work mighty miracles by the spirits of devils, and almost the entire world will be convinced (Revelation 13:3) and deceived. Revelation 18:23 says, "By thy sorceries were all nations deceived."

    14. What will prevent God's end-time people from being deceived?

Isaiah 8:20. To the _____ and to the testimony: if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them.

    Answer : ____________________

NOTE: God's people will need to test everything by the Bible. They will not be deceived, because they will test the miracles and teachings to determine whether they come from spirits of devils or from the Lord.

    15. Today God is calling His people out of Babylon into the safety of His remnant church. He says that those who remain in Babylon will partake of her sins and receive her plagues. In Noah's day, only eight people entered the ark God had provided for their salvation. All others perished. Today He provides His remnant church as an ark of safety, and millions are entering. Jesus is inviting you to "Come thou and all thy house into the ark." Genesis 7:1. Will you say "Yes" to His invitation today?

    Answer : ____________________

    Supplemental Study

How Powerful Are the USA and Rome?
Revelation chapter 13 points out that in the end-time, the papacy and the United States will team up to influence the entire world to worship the beast. Are these entities powerful enough to accomplish this?

The papacy is by far the strongest religio-political power in the world. Nearly every leading country has an official ambassador or state representative at the Vatican. The pope is revered and welcomed by virtually all countries. Former U.S.S.R. leader Mikhail Gorbachev said, "Everything which took place in Eastern Europe in recent years would have been impossible without the Pope's efforts and the enormous role, including the political role, which he played in the world arena."1 The pope has made more than 50 world trips to achieve his goal of unifying the religious world under the papacy's leadership.

America is now looked upon as the number one military power and center of influence. "[America is] the planet's sole remaining superpower."2

"America's power will now determine all major global events."3 Bible prophecy predicts with clarity that the United States of America and the papacy will join hands, and world events clearly show that the coalition is being formed.

STORACALS OF PROPHECY # 19 Hello friends, family, and my brothers, and sisters in Christ. This is Brother Johnny Gass. Welcome to Bible study. Study to show thyself to approved unto God, a Workman unashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth. 2 Timothy 2:15 Please share these lessons with everyone you know for the expansion of the kingdom of God. The Daughter's Dance King Herod's wife, Herodias, hated John the Baptist. Answer : ____________________ NOTE: In the Old Testament, Jezebel and her daughter Athaliah were known for violently controlling the northern and southern kingdoms of Israel and Judah, and for forcing pagan worship on God's people. 2. What is the second angel's message in Revelation 14? Revelation 14:8. And there followed another angel, saying, _________ is fallen, is fallen, that great city, because she made all nations drink of the wine of the wrath of her fornication. Answer : ____________________ NOTE: Revelation 14 contains an urgent three-point message that must reach the entire world before Jesus' second coming. Answer : ____________________ NOTE: In Bible prophecy, a woman symbolizes a church. Revelation 17:3. ... I saw a woman sit upon a scarlet coloured beast, full of names of _________, A. Answer : ____________________ NOTE: Papal Rome fits every description. O'Brien: "That observance [of Sunday instead of Saturday] remains as a reminder of the Mother Church from which the non-Catholic sects broke away."1 1The Faith of Millions (Huntington, IN: Our Sunday Visitor, Inc., 1974), p. 401. Answer : ____________________ NOTE: The beast of Revelation 13:1-10 and the beast of Revelation 17 are obviously the same. Answer : ____________________ NOTE: The terms "Babel" and "Babylon" both mean confusion. Answer : ____________________ NOTE: God says that Babylon has fallen and has become the home of devils and evil spirits. Answer : ____________________ NOTE: Her wine cup is full of intoxicating lies (Proverbs 12:22), or false teachings that make people spiritually drunk. Here is a partial list of her beguiling lies: A. Answer : ____________________ NOTE: Brace yourself! This second beast of Revelation 13 symbolizes the United States of America. Consider the evidence: A. They established a society based on the principles of civil and religious freedom-"government without a king and religion without a Pope." 10. According to the prophecy, what drastic change will take place in America? Revelation 13:11. And he ______ as a dragon. It will pass religious laws forcing people to worship contrary to conscience or else be punished with economic sanctions (verses 16, 17) and finally death (verse 15). 11. • Zechariah 13:

"1 In that day there shall be a fountain opened to the house of David and to the inhabitants of Jerusalem for sin and for uncleanness.
2 And it shall come to pass in that day, saith the LORD of hosts, that I will cut off the names of the idols out of the land, and they shall no more be remembered: and also I will cause the prophets and the unclean spirit to pass out of the land.
3 And it shall come to pass, that when any shall yet prophesy, then his father and his mother that begat him shall say unto him, Thou shalt not live; for thou speakest lies in the name of the LORD: and his father and his mother that begat him shall thrust him through when he prophesieth.
4 And it shall come to pass in that day, that the prophets shall be ashamed every one of his vision, when he hath prophesied; neither shall they wear a rough garment to deceive:
5 But he shall say, I am no prophet, I am an husbandman**; for man taught me to keep cattle from my youth.
6 And one shall say unto him, What are these wounds in thine hands? Then he shall answer, Those with which I was wounded in the house of my friends.
7 Awake, O sword, against my shepherd, and against the man that is my fellow, saith the LORD of hosts: smite the shepherd, and the sheep shall be scattered: and I will turn mine hand upon the little ones.
8 And it shall come to pass, that in all the land, saith the LORD, two parts therein shall be cut off and die; but the third shall be left therein.
9 And I will bring the third part through the fire, and will refine them as silver is refined, and will try them as gold is tried: they shall call on my name, and I will hear them: I will say, It is my people: and they shall say, The LORD is my God."

  • I'm not sure what I'm looking for. I am still recovering from strokes. And feel like I don't really belong anywhere. My husband is in jail, my daughter and grandbaby live in Illinois that is where my heart is. My so-called church friends or congregation knows that in order to attend church I need a ride. I can't drive yet but I am improving. There is one gentleman from church that has been given me a ride for 7 months and I'm grateful. But with the gas prices being so high I'm at least 10 MI from his home. Then another 10 mi at least to Church. So I do understand. So I sit in my little room do my Bible studies on my Bible app and listen to Bible services online. I guess to make a long story short I'm just hoping to find someone or people that I can connect with and not feel so alone. I hope I did this right I am still struggling with my recovery so if I need to do my story differently please give me the information to do so.

  • Good morning to everyone. Grace and Peace be with you.

Yesterday was a wonderful day. I got my laundry done. Cleaned up my kitchen. Spent time watching an old movie (Lion King) with them. Went to the woods and found the mushroom palooza. Spent time with friends in the fresh air. (My nose where happy to have fresh air, was not happy that I was in the fresh air … haha.) The bounty my husband and I, alone, found was more than enough to share with a couple who just cannot do what we did.

Today is the event in Lafayette at the 40/8 Veterans Club. We leave here in a little while to beat the traffic and get set up. I requested the larger outside booth area; however, the weather forecast is calling for some wind. Books plus wind equals exercise for me. After yesterday’s hike, not sure I will be that limber. Just saying. I think I might take a couple of tarps to create walls, for the just in case.

Because the school craft fair was a success and this event is showing to a huge prospect, I actually had to let someone know that I may not be able to do their event, because I may not have the stock to sell. That was kind of cool. Sad, but cool. How do you pray for both things? Good sales today, but not so good that I have to say no to the next. Ha. Ha.

Today, as you meet with Him in His place, whether that be a brick and mortar building with other believers or on the bank of a river with your line cast, or at a craft fair, be sure to give thanks regularly for His many provisions. Give thanks for the obstacles that you are facing because without the obstacles, how would we know what a blessing was? Plant seeds of your faith and perseverance in those whom you meet. Be the witness, without ever thinking about being the witness. Give glory to Him today by displaying the same grace that he has shown you.

    Be blessed.

**Say to those with fearful hearts, “Be strong, do not fear; your God will come, he will come with vengeance; with divine retribution he will come to save you. –Isaiah 35:4

  • Controllers & Rulers Of Marriage.

    19th of April 2026.

Women control while men rules in marriage.

As a woman if u can't control ur husband, you are not a good woman.

And as a man if you can't rule over ur wife you are not a good man.

Any man that cannot allow her wife to control him doesn't love her.

And any woman that cannot allow her husband to rule over her doesn't respect him.

What Does It Mean To Control & Rule In Marriage

For Example let me use Nigerian government as example cus I am from Nigeria. His excellency Ahmed Bola Tinubu is the president of Nigeria & Christopher Musa is the Chief of Army staff of Nigeria.

Chief of Army staff controls legions n battalion of Nigeria soldiers but doesn't rule them but Tinubu rules. Why because Chief of Army staff Christopher Musa was chosen n appointed by Ahmed Bola Tinubu and can be removed at anytime.

A controller can be removed n replaced by the decision of the ruler but a controller can't remove or replace the ruler by his own decision. So therefore a ruler is more powerful than a controller.

    Ephesians 5:21
[21]Submitting yourselves one to another in the fear of God.

In marriage brethren not only the wife that submit , husband also submit to the wife too. Submit yourselves one to another in the fear of God, so therefore both parties needs to be submissive to each other.

The husband submit to the controlling of the wife in love while the wife submit to the rulership of the husband in respect.

A woman controls in respect while the man rules in love.

I pray for every marriage that suffering right now. Let the fear of God to submit to each other be restored now in Jesus name we pray Amen. For it's written what the Lord has joined together let no man put asunder. Controllers & Rulers Of Marriage. What Does It Mean To Control & Rule In Marriage For Example let me use Nigerian government as example cus I am from Nigeria. Ephesians 5:21 [21]Submitting yourselves one to another in the fear of God. Every cheating wife be delivered in Jesus name we pray Amen n every cheating husband be delivered now in Jesus name we pray Amen. Let faithfulness be restored back in ur marriage now in Jesus name we pray Amen. Topic: Love + Responsibility = Family.

    Today’s God’s Promise:
“Isaac brought her into his mother Sarah’s tent, and he married Rebekah. So she became his wife, and he loved her; and Isaac was comforted after his mother’s death.”
    (Genesis 24:67)

    Message:

In this verse, we see not only love but also how a complete family life should be.

    Isaac’s Responsibilities as a Husband:

Even after losing his mother Sarah, he took responsibility to sustain the family.

He respectfully brought Rebekah into his tent and gave her a rightful place.

He accepted new responsibilities in his life and led his family forward.

    Family Values:

Respect: Giving respect to the wife is the strong foundation of a family.

Responsibility: A husband should be the leader, protector, and provider of the family.

Support: Standing for one another strengthens the family bond.

Comfort: A family should be a place of emotional support and peace.

Love + Responsibility = Complete Family

Love alone is not enough; responsibility is also necessary.

Responsibility alone can become harsh, but when combined with love, it becomes a blessing.

Isaac’s life teaches us that when responsibility is fulfilled with love, the family stands firm.

As husbands and wives, we must fulfill our roles with commitment.

Protecting the family is a sacred responsibility given by God.

Where there is love, respect, and responsibility, there will be God’s blessing.

“Responsibility filled with love is the strength that sustains a family.” Amen.

Colossians 3:12-17 Therefore, as the elect of God holy and beloved, put on tender mercies, kindness, humility, meekness, longsuffering,
bearing with one another, and forgiving one another, if anyone has a complaint against another, even as Christ forgave you, so you also must do.
But above all these things put on love, which is the bond of perfection.
And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to which also you were called in one body, and be thankful.
Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom, teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord.
And whatever you do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through Him.
1 Peter 1:1-12 PETER, an apostle of Jesus Christ, To the pilgrims of the Dispersion in Pontus, Galatia, Cappadocia, Asia, and Bithynia,
elect according to the fore-knowledge of God the Father, in sanctification of the Spirit, for obedience and sprinkling of the blood of Jesus Christ; Grace to you and peace be multiplied.
Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who according to His abundant mercy has begotten us again to a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead,
To an inheritance incorruptible and undefiled and that does not fade away, reserved in heaven for you,
who are kept by the power of God through faith for salvation ready to be revealed in the last time.
In this you greatly rejoice, though now for a little while, if need be, you have been grieved by various trials,
that the genuineness of your faith, being much more precious than gold that perishes, though it is tested by fire, may be found to praise, honor, and glory at the revelation of Jesus Christ,
whom having not seen you love. Though now you do not see Him, yet believing, you rejoice with joy inexpressible and full of glory,
Receiving the end of your faith–the salvation of your souls.
Of this salvation the prophets have inquired and searched carefully, who prophesied of the grace that would come to you,
searching what, or what manner of time, the Spirit of Christ who was in them was indicating when He testified beforehand the sufferings of Christ and the glories that would follow.
To them it was revealed that, not to themselves, but to us they were ministering the things which now have been reported to you through those who have preached the gospel to you by the Holy spirit sent from heaven–things which angels desire to look into.
Mark 11:25-26 “And wherever you stand praying, if you have anything against anyone, forgive him, that your Father in heaven may also forgive you your trespasses.
“But if you do not forgive, neither will your Father in heaven forgive your trespasses.”
Ephesians 4:1-10 I, therefore, the prisoner of the Lord, beseech you to walk worthy of the calling with which you were called,
with all lowliness and gentleness, with longsuffering, bearing with one another in love,
endeavoring to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace.
    There is one body and one Spirit, just as you were called in one hope of your calling;
    one Lord, one faith, one baptism;
one God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, in you all.
But to each one of us was given according to the measure of Christ's gift.
Therefore He says; "When He ascended on high, He led captivity captive, And gave gifts to men,"
(Now this, "He ascended"--what does it mean but that He also first descended into the lower parts of the earth?
He who descended is also the One who ascended far above all the heavens, that He might fill all things.)
1 Peter 4:7-11 But the end of all things is at hand; therefore be serious and watchful in your prayers.
And above all things have fervent love for one another, for "love will cover a multitude of sins."
Be hospitable to one another without grumbling.
As each one has received a gift, minister it to one another, as good stewards of the manifold grace of God,
If anyone speaks, let him speak as the oracles of God. If anyone ministers, let him do it as with the ability which God supplies, that in all things God may be glorified through Jesus Christ, to whom belong the glory and the dominion forever and ever. Amen.
1 Corinthians 7:10-16 Now to the married I command, yet not I but the Lord; A wife is not to depart from her husband.
But even if she does depart, let her remain unmarried or be reconciled to her husband. and a husband is not to divorce his wife.
But to the rest, I, not the Lord, say; if any brother has a wife who does not believe, and she is willing to live with him, let him not divorce her.
And a woman who has a husband who does not believe, if he is willing to live with her, let her not divorce him.
For the unbelieving husband is sanctified by the wife, and the unbelieving wife is sanctified by the husband; otherwise your children would be unclean, but now they are holy.
But if the unbeliever departs, let him depart; a brother or sister is not under bondage in such cases. But God has called us to peace.
For how do you know, O wife, whether you will save your husband? Or how do you know, O husband, whether you will save your wife?
Ephesians 5:15-21 See then that you walk circumspectly, not as fools but as wise,
redeeming the time, because the days are evil.
Therefore do not be unwise, but understand what the will of the Lord is.
And do not be drunk with wine, in which is dissipation; but be filled with the Spirit,
speaking to one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord,
giving thanks always for all things to God the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ,
submitting to one another in the fear of god.
