She somehow escaped, but now they're calling her an apostate and sending death threats. All because she was born Christian in a place where girls like her are seen as easy prey.

Adan's begging for help—her only "crime" is surviving. This isn't just her story; it's happening to so many others.

The heartbreaking truth: Every year, around 1,000 Christian and Hindu girls in Pakistan are abducted, forcibly converted, and married to their captors. From 2021–2025, the Centre for Social Justice documented 515 cases—160 involving Christian girls like Adan, and 72% of victims are minors (over 20% under 14). It hits hardest in Punjab and Sindh, targeting poor families from brick kilns or servant communities. Courts often buy the fake "conversion certificates" and send girls back to their abusers.

Christians are just 2% of Pakistan's population, yet this persecution is relentless. Adan needs safe shelter, real legal help, and global pressure before she's killed or forced back.

We raise serious concern over reports in Pakistan involving minor girls, particularly from Christian communities, being abducted and forcibly converted, followed by underage marriages.

If any legal loopholes or weak enforcement allow the marriage of a 13-year-old girl, it constitutes a grave violation of child protection laws and fundamental human rights.

Such acts represent a severe injustice. We strongly urge the authorities to ensure strict enforcement of the law, protect vulnerable minors, and deliver justice to the victims.

The Cost of Our Faith
My name is Umair, and along with my wife Neha, we are ex-Muslims from Pakistan. Seven years ago, we were born again in Christ. We knew that leaving Islam in Pakistan meant a life of peril, but we chose the cross over the world. Because of our conversion, a religious edict (Fatwa) was issued against us. We were hunted, forced into hiding, and I was brutally attacked—leaving me with a permanent spinal injury that affects my mobility to this day.

Our Current Crisis in Malaysia
We fled to Malaysia seeking safety, but we are now trapped in a desperate "limbo."

The UNHCR Silence: It has been over a year since we applied for refugee status. Despite our documentation proving religious persecution, we have received no calls, no SMS, and no appointments. Without UNHCR recognition, we are living here without legal documentation.

Health Emergencies: This is our most urgent plea. Both Neha and I are suffering from Diabetes. Furthermore, Neha is currently pregnant. Because we are undocumented, we are terrified and unable to visit hospitals. We cannot afford the medication or the prenatal care she desperately needs for a safe delivery.

The Weight of Responsibility: I have three beautiful daughters—Urwa (9), Hurain (5), and Mirha (1.4). With my spinal injury and our lack of legal status, it is becoming nearly impossible to provide even the most basic food and shelter for them.

Our Humble Request
We are not asking for luxuries; we are asking for life. We are seeking:

Medical & Financial Support: To manage our diabetes and ensure my pregnant wife receives care.

Private Sponsorship: We need a path to a third country where we can practice our faith openly, work with dignity, and raise our children in peace.
