While I generally try to be environmentally friendly, not in this case. I get home to see a long line of Sugar ants going from my front door into the kitchen.
Deployed some chemical, not killing strays. Next, when the temps drop below 100 degrees, hit the front steps, and any area where the nest could be.
The cat likes flys, too bad the ants are too small for him to notice.
