This was the best free Remote support program for sometime. But having some limitation while using as free. Need to wait for the new session and limits the time etc.

Great app, esspecially for free. Customer support has to be impoved, they didnt seem to understand my questions. Sort out a few small problems with controlling a vista pc via a macbook and I would be tempted to upgrade to pro.
