2011 so far

So another year has rolled around and I’ve been busy as hell. Between running Noir dating the wrong people, trying to keep the business together, longboarding, and taking up painting again, I’ve been running flat out since September.

I suppose all and all, it’s been a good last few months, but honestly the tail end of 2010 really sucked. I lost one of the great loves of my life, lost some friends, had a very bad holiday season, had a number of problems with work and cash flow, and was sicker than a dog for a couple of months.

However, 2011 started making up for it all. It’s been great since the year started. Work has been more interesting, Noir is going great, I’ve been more creative than I have been in years, and have been in great health.

So, there isn’t a lot to write about at the moment, other than to say that the new night is fantastic, and if you live in Van, you have to make it out, and that there are a bunch of new pics in the gallery that might be worth checking out. I’ve taken up techniques in photorealism lately, and have concentrated mostly on racy or erotic images. As far as DJing goes, I still haven’t managed to remember to record my sets, but I’m making a promise to get some of the Noir sets up, starting this month.
