We are not collecting any data for prmotion neither we are selling any data to any 3rd party
Having expertise in Native on Android Java, kotlin and IOS Swift, and For Hybrid Cross platform on Flutter Dart and for web and backend on react js and node js, Python Django, java spring boot and php CodeIgniter mvc.
2. Use of Services
You agree to use our software and services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not misuse the software, attempt to access unauthorized features, or use it to violate any laws or third-party rights.
Before accepting Any project we clear everything and we send word proposal. In that everything we make clear for the total budget and milestone. We work only as per the work progress. Client see the progress and need to pay for further next work. Also Sometime due to our effort and complexity of work we also request extra money from client on mutual understanding.
5. Fees and Payment
All pricing and payment terms will be specified in your agreement or on our website. Late payments may incur interest or suspension of services or holding the work unless payment dues is cleared.
After accepting the project we never go to and forth as we also deploy developer on the clients project based on their instruction and payment. Notes: Any kiind of refund or penalty for project failure or for dsiputes or anything as such which can cause Company loses will not be entertained and will not be able to compensate for it. We are totally depends on client for the noney, whatever Money is paid we use them for developer expsense and salary
For the work Client will never have problem from our side as Quality work is our first priority and if any miscommunciation or issues arises, mutually need to discuss and resolve it
Any misleading or fake information from any customers or spammy message or content or any fake committment will lead to hold of the work
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of business.
8. Data Protection
We collect and process your data in accordance with our [Privacy Policy]. By using our services, you consent to such processing and you warrant that all data provided is accurate.
Any Credential given by Client will be kept confidential and Client can change credential anytime if it not in use. We never keep anything readymnade or not use anything here and there
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Logical Soft Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of our services.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause or notice, particularly if you violate these Terms.
