Hey guys, I've got a Rose item that I'm thinking about putting on eBay but since you guys are awesome I'm gonna give you first dibs on it.

I've got a Punkyfish hoodie almost the same as Rose wears in The Long Game (her's didn't have a hood)
Now it's not in the best of nick so I'm gonna try and not be extortionate in pricing.
It's pretty faded and bobbled, plus it has 3 little stains, which I think is bleach, and a 'C' written where the inside label is (but you can't see this when it's on)
I myself bought it off eBay and the condition wasn't as described, so it's only fair to describe it in detail to you.
Size is not indicated on the hoodie, I think it's a Medium. It fits me, although quite tightly, and I'm a size 12-14 UK.

Here's some pics of what I'm talking about.

I've just realised that the hoodie looks really pink, but it's red and black, just like Rose's!

I'm paid a LOT of money for this and ideally I wish I could make it back, but in the condition it's in I know that ain't gonna happen!
I'd like to make at least half of what I paid, so I'm asking for offers around the £20 mark, as I paid twice that (eeek I know). If I get a fair enough offer for this the highest offer will get it tomorrow after I come back from Uni. If I don't get a good enough offer then I'll most likely stick it on eBay.

Also got on offer from my last post...

A Pair of Rock and Republic 'Scorpion' Jeans. Size 29, which I think is a UK size 12. Looking for around £20 on these as they cost me around that mark and they don't fit me, my bum is too big!

Doctor Who Figure Experts.

Hey I'm looking for 5" figure collectors to shed some light on this situation involving the Sycorax Leader figure.

So I remember before Character Options Re-released the old figures, the Sycorax Leader was the rarest figure of the bunch and cost upwards of £100 to get on eBay.

Now they've re-released the figures they've dramatically dropped in price but still sometimes go for about £15-20.

The difference in packaging was that the old figures had a blue backing, and the new have a red backing.

So anyway, I went into my local comic book store and there was a deal on doctor who figures, 3 for £10 on the sale ones. So I managed to pick up this version of the sycorax leader.

There was only one left, the rest were re-release. It was dirt cheap and I was stunned how cheap I got it.

Now I'm curious, I've had an eBay search and found 2 different versions of the sycorax leader on blue backing board...here

According to eBay this is Wave 1 figure.

and according to eBay, this is the USA version.

I'd like to know which is the rarest in the UK and if they differ in any way apart from the white sticker in the top corner and the red back to the sycorax picture on the USA version, or if the eBay sellers are correct. Help me shed some light on what I've bought!

And for the sake of it, this is the re-release.

So, any comments on this or any other figure related stuff to comment on too, cause I also saw the 'time crash' figures for £25 and thought it was cheap until I saw there were 2 versions of that too :/

About nine... under the cut for spoilers

Ok, so I just watched Journey's End again on BBC Three and I have a thought on the final beach scene.

To put it bluntly, RTD basically craps all over Nine! The Doctor says that after regenerating, Rose makes him 'better'. I think that's a bit of a slap in the face of Nine. By saying that the new 10 needs made better by her makes me feel a bit pissed off.
I think Nine deserves more credit than that

Also another note, by the Doctor 'regenerating', and keeping the same form claiming 'why would I want to change', is what I think are RTD's words, not the Doctor's

BLEH, this probably doesn't make sense, but I don't think that Nine has been treated fairly in this episode.

OH also...at first thought I liked the bad wolf bay scene...now i find it cringeworthy! and this is coming from a Rose fan.

BLAAAH!

So, ok I don't ever do Doctor Who reviews but I thought with this episode I would make an exception!

SUCH an oh so perfect line for Georgia Moffett, the daughter of Peter Davidson off screen and David Tennant on screen!

Has anyone noticed the Doctor's over use of the the word 'Well' this series?

He uses it before Jenny is identified and he uses it LOADS on previous episodes...

Ok, to the Hath. I think Martha gives us a very human outlook on these creatures. She describes them as half fish, half human, instead of just alien. I quite liked that.
Back to that later!

"I'm Doctor Martha Jones, who the hell are you?"

Did you all notice the bit when Donna referred to Nerris when she was speaking to the Doctor?

"Rubbish, my friend Nerris fathered twins using a turkey baster!"
Nerris, the same friend she accused of her wedding disappearance in the Runaway Bride!
CONTINUITY!
Let's have a Nerris appearance!

Can I also question something at this moment. You know the reproducing machine? Was it invented by Hath or by Human? Because if it only gives you knowledge of how to fight and die I damn sure hope it wasn't human.

OH and also, doesn't the guy coming out of the machine at that moment look like Allan Cummings?! Haha!

Donna [to Jenny] - "You're not exactly real."

Ah so we see that despite Donna being the voice of reason for some part, she doubts Jenny vaguely like the Doctor does at the begining.

Ok, parts about genocide where the Doctor has gone wrong. Ok we all know that he gave his enemies a choice but we'll push that aside for two minutes.

General - "...it will give us the power to erase every stinking Hath off the face of this planet."

Oh but then the Doctor of course disagrees, but haven't we heard him say something rather similar? Something about wiping "every last STINKING Dalek out of the sky!" in Bad Wolf?

Hmmm... I'm afraid the dialogue is a bit too similar for my liking! haha

Ok and the other obvious bit...

"Look up Genocide, you'll see a little picture of me there..."
Yeah but it won't say over my dead body, you fought on the front line in the Time War yes? You've threatened to wipe out all the Daleks, blow up the Sontarans, kill the Sliteen...my list goes on. But then again, they've all had the choice I guess!
So right now I'm still swaying on what to think about all this Genocide malarkly!

Doctor - "I'm trying to stop the fighting"
Jenny - "Isn't every Soldier"

Good point Jen. Good point, and the Doctor is speechless.

Then there is the two hearts bit which was SUCH a powerful scene, brought me to tears with "This is Gallifrey" playing in the background when the Doctor spoke about the planet and the Timelords.

-Tennant acts his ass off-

Martha/Hath. This is such a brilliant friendship in the story. It's lovely that even though they can't really communicate brilliantly, there really is a bond there. When it gives it's life for her I couldn't stop crying! Martha's reaction and emotion here is just amazing. Top marks Freema!

I think it's obvious that Martha does enjoy travelling with the Doctor, but I think this experience reminds her of why she left in the first place. She has bigger (but techinically smaller) fish to fry!

Ok, then we have the moment where Jenny and the Doctor have their moment...

"Killing, after a while it infects you..."
"But we don't have a choice"
"We always have a choice"

OH yeah and she doesn't kill them! Jenny NEVER WOULD!

Jenny backflipping through the laserbeams was also very VERY cool!
Then the Doctor Jenny bond.

"Not impossible, just a bit unlikely!"
WAYHEY!

General - "One of us is gonna die today and it won't be me!"
Nah dick'ed, the Doctor NEVER WOULD mate!

Ooh then Donna becomes the true voice of reason, talking father stuff with the Doctor. But his talk about pain filling the whole of being a father was pretty emotional stuff!
Donna - "I think you're wrong"

Ah she's good...as well as her Supertemp date shizz, I love Donna in this episode! Is there anything she can't do?!

Then the death of Jenny. Powerful stuff eh? Another 'Timelord' dying in his arms. You just want him to say "Regenerate, just regenerate!" like before.

I don't understand how Martha knows she won't regenerate but oh well!

Not too dissimilar no?

So there we go, I'm done!
I'm not really sure what to say about Jenny coming back to life.

"Hello Boys!"
Will we see her again? Will the Doctor ever see her again? I just don't know!

OH AND ALSO...isn't this a very nice pic of Joe Dempsie and the Hath together!?

What a relief. I've finished my Art units.
I left the Art Deparement tonight with such a great feeling that I've finally finished off a year of work. The fact that people were still panicking and painting away made me feel even better (even though it really shouldn't have!).
Tomorrow's going to be good and not good.
I'm gonna miss a lot of people so I really don't wanna go through that.
On the other hand everyone's skiving last period to go outside and sit on the grass, it'll be good fun!
Even Physics will be good, I hate physics but I like our class, it's dead fun!
I don't want things to change!!
I mean WTF, it doesn't feel like tomorrow is gonna be the last day I'm going to see some people, it's absolutely crazy, but that's LIFE I guess.

Anyway tonight I went down to New Deer to see the vet there. OMG the animals were soo darn cute! The baby fox and the owls, aww bless they were so cute :]

Yes anyway I'm REALLY looking forward to Friday
FUCK all this school shit.
I'm failing in Physics.
I'm WAY behind in my art, I thought I was good at it until it hit me this year that I guess I'm not. Art was the ONLY thing I could do...now I can't.
I'm CRAP at Maths too, I have a Nab tomorrow which I can't be FUCKED revising for.

But once school is done FRIDAY comes.
Me and Kerry and going into Ellon to see my boyfriend Stuart (I call him Mace though)
Kerry's never met him so I can't wait. It's going to be real cool because I know they get along via the internet at the moment.

Yes hello.
I haven't done a real personal update for a while so here's one for you readers.
If any.

But yeah, I came home from Wales last night. Sadly I wasn't there on a Doctor Who stalk! I heard they were going to be filming a few days ago on the hottest day of the year...good luck to them, I would just colapse! anyway off the point and slowly going onto Doctor Who (thats for LATER!)
Yeah Wales was a blast, I went with my mum and dad, met up with my aunty, uncle, cousin and my grandpa (who I'm afraid left before the end of the holiday because he has amnesia).
I luckily got to see the last doctor who on the night we arrived (YAY), and I was trying so hard not to cry, I hate crying in front of family! It was so amazing though. I'm going to miss Billie SO MUCH! She was absolutely brilliant. Now I know how Ecclestone fans feel because I never really got to watch the Ecclestone era of DW and didn't really miss him, but now I know.
Also I got to see X-Men 3 - The Last Stand on holiday, and I've gotta say, it was BRILLIANT. I was overwhelmed by it all, it was action and Jackman (hugh) packed! I was impressed. Erm I shant give anything away
OH and I also saw Kate and Leopold (another Hugh Jackman Fix) on holiday, and it was great too! It was such a beautiful story!

Also I watched Shaun of the Dead again a few times on holiday
me and my cousin Daisy got totally into it.
We started dancing to Hip Hop (sorry Electro) like Ed
"you wanna dance? oh..no!"
going through the "plan" shaun and ed come up with
"go to the WINchester"
Saying

Well hello there.
Today technically, I watched Mulan at about half midnight...
and then had to get up at 7.30 to do a car boot sale with my mum.
It was good. I made over £20 for myself...ok doesn't sound like much but it is for me right now...i'm skint.
Yes...I'm totally not sure if I need a black school jumper for Tuesday for school but I went to Craigdon just after four and it was closed...and it will probably be closed tomorrow...so I don't have a school jumper! OH but I'm just on the phone to Kerry and she says we don't need one till after Summer...WAY HEY!

Anyway.
Yes. I didn't really get a chance to watch Top Gear much...because I had to speak to Bekka on MSN and also Kerry on the phone...*sigh*, that pissed me off. Luckily I taped it, well I did see bits...like James May in a "Ken Crotch" swimsuit, that me laugh lots.
I'm currently in love with Welsh guys...it's ridiculous, I can't wait to go to Wales in Summer, it's gonna be great fun. Me and my cousin are gonna have a bomb.
OMG. Kerry is playing me sped up versions of some of my favourite songs...they are disgusting.
