MP3tunes (the company who makes LockerSync) declared chapter 7 bankruptcy. This is the type where they sell all your assets and use the money to pay off your creditors. In some bankruptcies, like chapter 11 or 13, they try to reorganize their assets and keep the company going. If you have a lot of music you should keep this in mind. Don't spend a lot of time uploading your music because in a few months it will all disappear when they shut down the servers. You should look at other music services like iCloud, or Google Music, or Amazon Cloud.
