How to istall ?
- Download the plugin
- Upload entire folder “BodyMassIndex” to the “/wp-content/plugins/” directory
- Activate the plugin through the “Plugins” menu in WordPress
- Go to “Appearance -> Widgets”, drag “BMI Widget” and paste it in the place you want it to appear.
