Upload the plugin files to the /wp-content/plugins/ folder
Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ screen in WordPress
Use the Settings->Switch CTA Box screen to configure the plugin
You can find an admin menu named called CTA BOX you can add and get the

This plugin works beyond. I have created more than 15 custom content using Switch CTA Box and added them to post, page, widget and header right of Genesis framework.
