This light-weight plugin allows you to easily set the color of the address bar on mobile devices.

You simply install the plugin, navigate to Settings -> Meta Theme Colour from the WordPress admin and use the built in color picker provided by WordPress to set the meta theme color. The plugin then adds some HTML to your website so that mobile devices will be styled with your identity!

The plugin is very simple and do it’s job. But it can get improved on some ways. For instance, maybe you can instead of creating an empty settings page, use the Theme customizer. This way, will be a lot easier, less code for you and also, the setting will be set by theme (what is good because each theme has it own colors). Also, you can set default color values getting this info from another settings (like theme background or theme header background).

This plugin did exactly what I needed. It was quick and easy to install and configure. Simply select the color and you’re good to go. Thanks a bunch for this plugin!
