As Director of Innovation Ecosystem at L Marks, Lara provides strategic leadership across the company’s startup engagement and scouting activities, ensuring innovation work supports both our clients and L Marks’ wider mission. She combines hands-on ecosystem expertise with a broader role in guiding L Marks’ innovation direction and supporting startups through mentorship and collaboration.

Before joining L Marks, Lara was a key connector in the Israeli startup and scale-up ecosystem, facilitating commercial relationships and investments between emerging tech companies and global corporates.
