Migrated to new development environment (Embarcadero Delphi XE).
Help system with help of a new introduced help editor (HelpScribble) completely revised, help files migrated to Compiled HTML (CHM).
LMF open dialog shows now additional file-specific information like Contest, Call, etc.
Editor column widths can now automatically be optimized by LM as one-time action or permanently (by option). Tnx YV5EU
QTCs are no longer considered in the statistics view

E-Mail management for sending logs completely revised. Beside the yet existing "MAPI" interface (which does not work reliably with all E-Mail programs), LM provides now a basic SMTP client, so LM can work as an independent E-Mail program. Sent E-Mails are stored and can be retrieved later on, using the new introduced "E-Mail journal".
Defined pathes for LM logs, exported logs and sent E-Mails introduced. That paths will be preset during installation with default values (folder "My Documents\LM\...") and can be changed by the LM options dialog.
The installation now puts example files into the default paths.
New "Read only" property for logs introduced. A log can be tagged as finished and can be prevented from unintended editing that way.
New action "Finalize log" introduced. Default actions to finish a log (save log, set "Read only" flag, export log as STF or Cabrillo, send log by E-Mail) are configurable pooled here.
New action "Undo". Changes on QSO data can be undone now.
Separation of IARU Region 1 Fieldday between DARC and USKA removed. USKA matched their rules to the DARC rules. Tnx HB9XCL
New contest: "Thüringen-Contest" (Thuringia district contest) is supported now. A list of valid multipliers (Thuringia DOKs) is to be found in the file "thueringencontest.dat" and is part of the installation. Tnx DL3AMA (sk), DL5AOJ

- Cabrillo Import/Export: Read and write of user deleted QSOs ("XQSO" lines) is supported now.
- VFDB-Z-Contest: Scoring matched according to changed rules. Tnx DL6ON.
- Added an option to store converted LMF files into the source directory (ignore defines default path).
- Sent numbers are prompted only when starting a new log to enter QSOs manually (not at file conversions anymore).
