Course Training You can run the route you create yourself or import actual course data you to simulate with LiveCycling. Once you complete running a course, your route is saved and a ghost will appear on the track so that you can race against yourself. 2. Interval Training On the interval training screen, you can set your goals and intervals to create your own training menu. This is useful when you do training based on the data saved. 3. General Training If you prefer to run without goals, use the free run training mode. - Show the exercise intensity in real time Monitor the speed, cadence and heart rate. These values can be viewed in real time while riding a bicycle.
