Referral Program Terms & Conditions

Effective: January 1, 2026

The referral program rewards strategic partners who refer qualified clients to Litz Digital. These terms keep things simple and clear for everyone involved.

Eligibility

Anyone can participate in this referral program except:

  • Current Litz Digital clients (for their own projects)
  • Litz Digital employees or contractors working on the referred project
  • The referred client themselves

Qualifying Referrals

A referral qualifies when:

  1. You make an introduction or connection to a prospective client
  2. The prospect was not already in active conversation with Litz Digital
  3. The prospect signs a contract for services valued at $500 or more
  4. Litz Digital receives the deposit payment for services from the client

Attribution window: The referral must be documented within 30 days of first contact with the prospect. After that window, the referral may not qualify for compensation.

Referral Rewards

  • Projects $2,500 or more: $275 paid via check, PayPal, or Venmo (your choice)
  • Projects $500-$2,499: $50 Amazon gift card sent via email

Payment is issued within 15 business days after Litz Digital receives the deposit payment for services from the referred client.

What Counts as a Project?

Any paid service from Litz Digital qualifies, including:

  • Website design and development
  • WordPress development and support
  • Accessibility audits and consulting
  • Ongoing support packages
  • Performance optimization
  • Any other contracted services

For ongoing services (like monthly support packages), the referral fee applies only to the initial contract value. Renewals or expanded services do not generate additional referral fees.

Multiple Referrals

If multiple people refer the same prospect:

  • The first documented referral receives the reward
  • “First” is determined by the earliest email, text, or verbal introduction logged by Litz Digital
  • When in doubt, Matt makes the final call and will communicate openly with all parties

Changes to This Program

Litz Digital reserves the right to modify or discontinue this program at any time. Any changes will take effect only for referrals made after the change date. Referrals already in progress under previous terms will be honored.

Payment Logistics

To receive payment:

  • Provide your preferred payment method (check, PayPal, or Venmo)
  • Include any necessary details (mailing address, email, account info)
  • Provide a W-9 form (if total annual payments exceed $600)
