Transform Your Body
"Personal training programs designed to help you reach your fitness goals"

What Does It Mean to Be Lionhearted?
To be Lionhearted is to carry a fierce courage and a never give up attitude. It means standing firm in the face of adversity, and pushing forwards towards your goals despite the roadblocks, plateaus and obstacles that everyone inevitably will face. Being Lionhearted we will stand up to challenges, and use any set backs or plateaus as lessons to teach us to adapt and have faith that the journey is part of what makes us stronger.

About Marc Bifano
Growing up, I had a passion to help others. Facing challenges to find my own path, I worked really hard on my spiritual, mental and physical health. While it was hard to find my purpose, I knew I wanted to make a difference and help people. In 2004 when a friend and mentor introduced me to martial arts I began cultivating this passion. After a few years training martial arts I was encouraged to participate in a thesis for a friend's degree in Exercise Science. The programming was incredible, the experience was so informative and during this I got really passionate about being a coach/trainer. I enrolled in an exercise science program and became certified as a personal trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. In 2006 I started a full time career in my passion as a personal trainer. Through the years I have experienced so many different aspects of the industry—from working in a big box gym, owning a training studio, to spending years training Fire Departments in tactical strength. Now I have over 20 years of experience and over 40,000 hours of training. I am a lifelong learner and martial artist, certified through NASM as a PT and Performance Enhancement Specialist, through the NSCA as a PT, and certified in Applied Functional Science as well as Exercise Neurology. I have a black belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and in Kempo Karate. — Marc Bifano, 3D Movement Specialist
