ya – early i want to discard rapidshare.com but now i renewd because megashares.com becomming useless to me.
Update: Another shock for me all of my files gone with out any reason 😦 all are valid legal text files only and mail backups …. no response for tickets also. so megashares.com sucks .
http://megashares.com uploading via ftp service is down and as per their support – NO ETA ( so since many days service down) !! Hum…..even they didn’t anounce to customers until now. if you are going to sign up with megashares.com please wait !!! .

Today i installed oracle apps 11i on Linux using vmware. good experience – oracle 11i installation is tricky. you can do as easy as 1-2-3 or you can lost in /dev/null 🙂 basically you will find lot of tutorial in net which are not correct !! at least for RedHat enterprise Linux. Now i am going put tutorial about oracle apps installation. Remember you need to have oracle metalink access as you require patch from oracle. “THEN” only you can install apps on rhel 4 otherwise – you can’t.
you requires 1 GB of ram 90GB of hard disk space – RedHat enterprise Linux 3 or 4 ( 4 is better less steps to install) . SDo stay tuned for my own version of working tutorial. IT SHOUKD WORK for you not like other tutorials.

ya – the grand pa of linux – minix i saw google ad – i am surprised who investing money on this grand pa os. so i checked now Minix 3 in in rapid development..
http://minix3.org is home page for this cute wonderful operating system. i think every computer engineer should study this operating system. if you have any interest in development you can as this project requires coders.

Now a days i am in search of good on line file sharing portal. I tried rapidshare paid account – it is good and only problem is 100 MB per file upload but i need to upload GBs of data. if i split GBs of data to 100s then its very hard to keep files. So next i saw megashares offer $25 for 6 months unlimited upload/download Ya!!! you are correct, 6 months promo offer is excellent. you can try this at http://megashares.com
at megashares you can upload 10GB at time. so file size of 10GB you can upload at a time. No need to download any client software all from your browser only. They are using java based file upload applet.

Don;t purchase this service . They are dleleting files even with out informing you that too ligal text files. There FTP service is not working since months and they have no ETA when it going fix. Customer support is worest and they repsond after 7-8 days or never.
I prefer rapidshare.com – i am trying past 6 months – excellent service and customer care.

megashares.com allows you to upload 10GB file at a time but http://rapidshare 100 MB. But rapidshare is more famous than megashares. you can leave your comment if you like rapidshare.As far as now i am trying http://megashares.com customer care functionality. But one thing speed good for megashares in asia as well as USA. megashares works good for paid users than free users.
