Description
WiderrufPro adds a structured electronic withdrawal workflow to WooCommerce.
The plugin helps online stores offer a clear withdrawal entry point, guide customers through the submission process and manage incoming withdrawal requests directly inside WordPress and WooCommerce.
Customers can verify their order, submit a withdrawal request and receive an email confirmation with an optional PDF confirmation. Store owners receive admin notifications, WooCommerce order notes and a central backend overview for processing submitted withdrawals.
The free version includes the core workflow needed for a practical electronic withdrawal process: withdrawal button, withdrawal form, order verification, guest access, PDF confirmations, email notifications, CSV export, reporting and audit logging.
WiderrufPro is built for WooCommerce store owners who want a more structured process than manual email requests, while keeping withdrawal data inside their own WordPress installation.
Technical preparation for the withdrawal button
Directive (EU) 2023/2673 introduces requirements around an electronic withdrawal function, often referred to as a withdrawal button.
WiderrufPro was developed as a technical solution for WooCommerce stores preparing for structured electronic withdrawal workflows. The plugin supports key technical steps around this process: a visible withdrawal entry point, order verification, a guided confirmation step, email notifications, PDF confirmations and backend documentation.
WiderrufPro provides the technical workflow only. It does not provide legal advice, does not guarantee legal compliance and does not replace individual legal review of the shop, legal texts, placement, wording or configuration.
