When you hit your monthly limit, PDF generation pauses until the next billing cycle. You can upgrade to a higher plan anytime for more capacity. We'll notify you at 80% usage.

What's the difference between Native and Chromium engines?

The Native engine generates PDFs from structured data in under 100ms - ideal for invoices, receipts, and reports. The Chromium engine renders full HTML/CSS/JS for complex layouts in 1-3 seconds. Auto mode picks the best engine for your content.

Can I change plans anytime?

Yes! Upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, you get immediate access to higher limits. When downgrading, the change takes effect at your next billing cycle.

Do I save money with annual billing?

Yes! Annual plans give you 2 months free, saving approximately 17% compared to monthly billing. You can switch between monthly and annual at any time.

How long are PDFs stored?

Storage duration depends on your plan: Free (1 hour), Starter (7 days), Pro/Business (30 days), Enterprise (90 days). You can always download immediately after generation.
