About Interlibrary Loan and Article Express
We provide Interlibrary Loan and Article Express (document delivery) services through the ILLiad request system to The Ohio State University faculty and staff as well as students in degree-granting programs across all Ohio State campuses.
- Use Interlibrary Loan to request materials that are unavailable in the Ohio State University Libraries. Average delivery time for physical items from other libraries is six to nine days.
- Use Article Express to request article and chapter PDFs from Ohio State and non-Ohio State collections. Average delivery time for article and chapter scans is one to three days.
ILLiad Accounts
Use of both Interlibrary Loan and Article Express requires an ILLiad account. Register or log in to ILLiad using the red button above. ILLiad accepts the same Ohio State login used for other university services.
