I don't know if this is going to come as a surprise to anyone reading this, but this is probably going to be the last post in this community on this site.

The good news? It isn't going to be the last Leverage Secret Santa Exchange. I was sure fleurlb was growing tired of me and my neuroses, certain that you guys would drift off in search of fresher game...

...turns out I am happily wrong on both counts.

Unfortunately real world concerns must be taken into consideration, and the recent updated User Agreement is a breaking point for me. Even though I've signed it long enough to be able to grab everything that's important to me and get the hell out, I have to - in good conscience - get the hell out.

To that end, we have successfully imported the entire community to Dreamwidth. You can find it here: leverage-exchange.dreamwidth.org. I encourage those of you with Dreamwidth accounts to join us over there, and those of you who don't should still be able to access posts via OpenID. Stay in touch for the next few weeks as we work out the bugs and I'll do my best to help every one of you that needs it. Use email - PMing me through LJ isn't going to work for much longer.

Maggie calls, asking Eliot for a somewhat unique favor. Eliot responds, but in the process long-buried feelings each of them share are dragged into the light.

Reveals will start on December 20th. We typically reveal at a rate of four a day - my goal is to have all stories up by Christmas, and reveal ALL the mod-gifts on December 25th in one great Santa Claus type bundle.

This exhange has no minimum word count. We ask that you'd give a gift that you would be happy to receive and are proud to create.

Barring complications, sometime in the next twenty-four to thirty-six hours you should receive an email with your assignment.

REMEMBER TO EMAIL FLEUR BACK IMMEDIATELY TO CONFIRM THAT YOU HAVE RECEIVED YOUR ASSIGNMENT! Neither of us can relax until everyone has checked in.

Since we have quite a few first-timers, I did want to take a moment and say that once emails are away, things tend to get quiet around here. THAT DOES NOT MEAN THAT WE ARE NOT HERE FOR YOU! Please do not be afraid to contact either of us with any questions or concerns you may have - no matter how large or small they might be.

(My one request is that you contact fleurlb first with your questions, since I'm going to be busy writing 25K worth of mod gifts.)
