Overall, I enjoyed this film. It's atmospheric, and slowly builds up the lore of the film well - and to where it is comprehensible. It leaves *some* room for speculation after, but not really as to what happened to anyone, moreso as to what creature and/or cult happened to them.
All in all, a great watch if you like atmospheric horror, or want to make your average walk in the forest more PTSD inducing.
"undertone" is a bold, dark, but also fairly predictable entry into the catalogue of horror films out there.
It stands aside from the rest with it's audio-driven storytelling, horror and atmosphere. But this is, in my opinion, also where the film will fall short for some.

“Good Boy” is a fantastic example of how to do horror differently, while not sacrificing the genre’s core values.
Admittedly, the film’s plot is pretty difficult to follow, and may need a rewatch to fully understand. It’s never really made clear specifically what or who the entity is, nor how the grandfather died in the past.
However, the movie makes up for it with a lot of scenes that make you truly feel for Indy. Indy is a phenomenal actor, and really sells and carries every shot he’s in.
Worth a watch purely for the cinematography and fantastic sound design.
Considering it's short (60 minutes) runtime, and very constricted production (filmed during COVID through Zoom calls), this movie actually impressed me with how much it managed.
