Kind of slow paced with lots of scenes of people walking around dark hallways. Not a lot of kills but when they happen they're really bloody, including a drill to the back of a guy's head...which also was nice because the victim had lost his drill earlier in the movie and the killer was being a kind soul and returning it to him.
This is a very slowburn, atmospheric slasher. With a creepy weirdo sneaking around outside and a surprisingly dark ending. I rather liked it, even though I had to watch it on my dvd because my blu ray wouldn't play.
They really front load this with a lot of naked flesh. And an extremely catchy theme song. Then a bunch of "characters" (I barely recognized who was who until near the end of the movie, and I kept forgetting about the existence of most of them when they were off-screen) spend a lot of time practicing sports in hopes to make the Olympics. Almost two hours of me yelling at my screen: RUN, RUN, RUN!!!! NO!!!, WATCH OUT!!!! OOOOOH!!!!!! NO! DON'T KILL THAT GUY!!! WATCH OUT LITTLE GIRL!! I FREAKIN' LOVE THAT DUDE!! RUN, RUN, RUN!!! JESUS THAT WAS AMAZING!!! GO! GO! GO!!! I REALLY LOVE THAT DUDE!!! WATCH OUT!!!! <SOB> <SOB><---(yes I cried), SAVE THE KID!!! AWW SHE'S SO CUTE!!! HOLY CHRIST!!! NO! DON'T KILL HER!!! i HOPE THOSE GUYS GET MUNCHED!!! WATCH OUT!!! COOOOOL!!!! RUN, RUN, RUN!!!! F**K THAT GUY!!! DON'T SHOOT!!!! <SOB> <SOB>, THE KID CAN'T SING BUT SHE'S ADORABLE!!!

The part where Gertie turns around and sees her dad has made it to her play still wrecks me every single time I watch this.
