01. Do I need to have everything figured out before we start?
Not at all. In fact, most of our clients don’t. We’ll guide you through the process, ask the right questions, and help you clarify what your website actually needs to do. You bring the vision we’ll handle the structure.
03. Will you just disappear after I pay the deposit?
No ghosting here. We’re known for our clear, timely communication. You’ll always know what’s happening next and if something slows down, you’ll hear it from us first.
05. Can I update my website myself later?
Absolutely. We build on Wix and provide optional training at launch. You’ll be able to edit text, swap images, or add pages without needing to call us (unless you want to, we’re cool with that too).
07. I had a bad experience with a previous designer. Why should I trust you?
Totally fair. We’ve heard this many times, and we get it. Our team is responsive, reliable, and genuinely cares about your experience. We don’t just build websites—we build relationships. (And we follow through.)
09. Will you tell me if something I want is a bad idea?

04. Is this going to take forever?
Nope. Most of our websites launch in 4–6 weeks. We keep projects moving with a structured, step-by-step process that respects your time and sanity.
06. Do you only use templates?
Nope. Every LDYS site is custom-designed based on your brand, goals, and content. We use smart frameworks to stay efficient, but nothing is “one size fits all.” You're not generic—and your website won’t be either.
08. What happens if I go MIA mid-project?
Life happens. If we don’t hear from you, we’ll follow up gently. After three unreturned messages, we’ll assume you’re taking a break and may “auto-approve” that phase to keep the project from stalling. We’ll always give you a heads-up first.
