here you go. this is just a sketch that i was having fun with...so i guess an experiment. i love how it just glows. its crazy!

well. actually i just found these on my desktop and i have no clue who wrote it. but HEY! FREE EXERCISE TIPS :)

1) Basic Crunch
2) Rt. Oblique Crunch (lay on your back and put your hands behind your head like your going to do crunches, and then lift your right leg and touch it to your left elbow, and when you lay back down after each crunch, exstend your leg)
3)Lt. Oblique Crunch (Same thing as #2, but left leg and right elbow)
4)Toe Touches (lay on your back and make your legs at a 90 degree angle, so your shins are parallel to the floor and ceiling. and then try to touch your ankles, then lay back down and then touch again, etc.)
5) Reverse Crunch (pull legs to chest, rocking just a LITTLE so your butt goes a little off the ground and you feel it working your abs)
6) Right Side Crunch (Put your left hand on your right side, have your legs tilted to the left, and do side crunches towards your knees)
7) Left Side Crunch (Same as #6, opposite but left)
8) Push Throughs. (lay on your back with your legs the way they would be in a crunch position, but have then about a foot apart. then clasp your hands and face your palms away from you, as if to crack your knuckles, and then push your hands through the space between your legs. Have your head looking towards the ceiling when you do this. *if it hurts your neck. dont do it, cause it hurt mine, and i did it anyways, and then i had a sore neck the next 2 days*)
9) Leg Pushes (lay on your back with your legs up in the air and push your legs to the ceiling, so that your butts going up. make sure you feel it in your abs, then you know your doing it right)
10) Alternate Curles (This is simular to the Oblique Crunch, but instead of exstending your leg when you go back to lay down, just put your foot back down on the ground. also, your alternating between legs. so you do left leg to right elbow, right elbow to left leg, left leg to right elbow, etc.)
11) Curl. (put your hands on tummy and do little crunches, but curl up).

i guess you do one after the other? i dont know.

i was thinking how much i missed live journal... and so im brought here to update :)

spring break is going to start soon. i cant wait to go shopping and hiking and secret rebellious things that your innocent ears shall not hear! :D jk

so i just finished watching Palace, a korean drama <3 it was very funny, sad (i hope you will never watch me watch a drama because i cry like a baby), and irritating at the same time! it was so irritating because i had to watch it during the week...and i stayed up late...and i was told several times i looked pale or very tired....so lesson learned...dont watch dramas during the week...only when you have no hw, or on fridays to sundays...but do your homework first! agh.

anyway... i just realized i havent practiced my violin...and im being tested on it o_O

Todays my moms birthday!!!

and i went to phucket thai for dinner. and guess who walks past me?!?!?! LOCKE FROM LOST! AND I FREAKED OUT!

anyway so he passes the restaurant and i thought i would never see him again....BUT I DO

then i was like i have nothing to have him sign and i didnt want to bother him so...i didnt :( and he left...

BUT WHEN I LEFT I SAW HIM AT BORDERS!!!
so my family except for steph let me get his autograph!!!! so i used my moms pen and the leftovers brown paper bag XXXXDDDDDD!!!!!yeeeeeeee!

i forgot to tell everyone that ms. mccoy has left us last week friday. shes gone off to teach college students...those including boys. lol. im gonna miss her, she was whining that she didnt want to teach boys and that she was all "eww boys". haha. agh so im thankful that tana told me a week or so early. i originally had a flower for her but i forgot it at home. haha, yeah im an idiot +shrugs+ but thankfully i finished a drawing for her the two/three hours i spent with Taryn in the morning waiting for my 10:15 orchestra class. brooke and i got it to her when she was packing. i think we were the last ones to see her off. her eyes were all teary. mmm...schools gonna suck even more now. i miss herrrrr! +cries+ so hopefully she will email me soon ... because i dont have her email adress! aggghhhh. when she emails me ill post it here so you can keep in touch as well...of course with her permission...

on a happier note. taryn had a ddr party. that was fun, but i was only there for an hour. what a downer o_O. i wasnt watching the time when i asked to be picked up at two when... that was only an hour away. yeah... i know. i told you i was an idiot. but it was still fun and i got to truly show everyone how much i suck at ddr XD YAY

now just stare at my icon...thats how i feel...lonely and bored out of my tiny mind.
i miss taryn and the old couch that sick kids sat on with the cockroach window :(

hola mi amiga's! yo soy ... eh finish with the first week of summer school!
i hang out with elfsoto in the morning (or else i would be by my lone self :()and then at 10 sumtin sumtin i take my orchestra class. we are learning how to play Kanon in D and its fuuuuunnnnnn ... kinda.

Ascension Day was Awesome. Our cross is beautiful. & there were many tears. The Seniors class of 06 are Brilliant!

now today...we are officially SENIORS! except for exam week it is very exciting and frightening.

I just got home from our FRAMED EXISTENCE art show for the Portfolio art students. Guess what?! I won Juror's Award. My first art award in high school! YAY. anyway im still pooped out from the day before. SO C YAH! ill update more on ascension and senior run here later. the art exhibit on la_ceaser later as well.

i'm so proud of everyone! GREAT JOB!

YES! I finished my theology book XD PARTAY PARTAY!!!

I get irritated when people say "Asian! Oh you’re so Asian! Asians ahhh!!" it's ok if I hear it once, but after that I’m damn sure that I’m Asian by now. Plus its like we're being classified or something...but you don't hear me going "Hoale! Oh my gosh you are white! Like omgosh!" actually, maybe I should do that, its kind of funny... but then that brings up another issue... are people making fun of us Asians? I mean do we scare people? Tell me someone! Why do you do it? WHYYYYY?!?!?! The strangest thing is when someone who is Asian thinks that saying Asian to an Asian gal is the "in thing" to do, so maybe some Asian’s are having an identity crisis. Do you think? There are these other occasion's where a person thinks that Asian’s are the cutest type of race on earth, so they use the word 'Asian' as a substitute for the word 'cute' which I guess is ok, but does that mean whenever they see a cutie they’ll call them Asian, even when they are Filipino or European etc.?
It’s a puzzlement to me.
Yes I was talking about this at lunch, but I don't think anyone is taking me seriously on this topic.

Hawaii is raining constantly and I love it. Do you like rain or sun more? I think I like rain because of the noise it makes and everything smells better because all that pollution in the air is swiped down or something like that. Although, you can't really see the pollution here, its all blown somewhere else.

hey everyone. i got a new labtop ;3 it doesnt have adobe photoshop on it, so hopefully i can get my hands on an art program. i miss making icons, banners, and stuff like that :(

some of my new goals for this year is to get a (volunteer)job and get better at sewing, knitting, crocheting, painting, and everything.
im really having doubts about the future.

its late. it will be a new day soon. oh well. no school tomorrow! heck yeah! partttyyyy whoot.

anyway i just wanted to say hi because i really do miss everyone. i wont be on again for about another three or more weeks because i have exams coming up o_O. wish me luck! it's weird though, because usually exams are after winter break...im still debating whether or not this choice of moving exam week was an intelligent one.

also...i do realize that some people have dropped me and its totally understandable. i havent been on...havent really commented anyone in ages... thats what people are looking for, right? so go ahead. im probably not really close to you anyway

what an eventful week.
monday i had the history exam and i believe that there is about two projects going around in that class... so weird. i hope i did good on that test...darn.
on tuesday we received our class rings. i was so excited ... you should have seen it. i was truly happy to see mr. nelson come XD and he took pictures for me as well. also _ithinkican please thank your dad for taking a few pictures as well! youre family is too nice.
nellie came to visit after school as well! i was so sad that i had to leave when she came.
wednesday was college tee day. haha free dress is awesome. too bad im not fashionable as my fashion idol jordi.
sigh i also have prado. i feel as if i get in alot of fights with him. does he make you guys miserable in anyway? i think im not patient enough for his ramblings and i dislike the fact that he likes to change subjects alot... sigh whatever. besides that hes cool.
alright thursday was interesting. i heard alot of gossip going around that day. its a bit frustrating when you want to get out of all this gossip but a certain person keeps pulling you back in.
anyway the jukebox juniors walked over to the college fair. when we first stepped in to the building some public school student called all of us lesbians. what retards! just because we go to a private school doesnt mean were lesbians. and as michelle pointed out when i told her about this incident...just because you go to an all boys school doesnt mean your gay, does it? NO. and just because you go to a public school does it mean your into both sexes? NO. dumb idiots. but whatever...some people are thick.
after school i was getting in some minutes for community service. then went to michelles and talked to her sister and dad. i feel sorry for michelle's sister...its like war in there. the dad has an awesome accent. what can i say? i like accents...i wish i had an accent (i do. i know. but i dont know...) then he paid for my taco hut dinner. i had a burrito and fruit punch sprite. michelle and i complain about each other. its irritating sometimes...
then i went to the play murder in bloom which i dont know how and what happens after intermission. so tell me...

alright we got to today. well today i cleaned my room a little. and spent most of the time in my room of course. except for some hours to munch and gulp down some stuff, fetching for some kleenex cuz of all the dust, and going to the bathroom o_O.
when cleaning the land of kim. kim has the habit of picking up hats, jackets, socks, and all sorts of weird things and putting them on. sometimes this creature would put on 3 different hats and 3 different layers of shirts and jackets and walk around her room blankly. strangely she would stare at the door knob for minutes and then go to sleep. ten minutes later she would wake up and redo this cycle. not cleaning up much of the land of kim... at all.
went to genki sushi and some girls were sitting in front of us. and i wanted to hurt them sooo much. if you go to a sushi restaurant...you should expect some exotic strange looking sushi's....that by the way are absolutely awesome!!!! stupid girls who should put some more clothes on...

so yeah. an eventful week....not really. bye.

I had my first caramel apple today :D it was yummy! it had nuts on it and cherry caramel. i thought it would have been gross but it was awesome and sticky o_O. so now erica shall be known as the girl who gave me the cherry flavored nut covered apple XD shyeaaahhhh.

picture will be loaded of my first ever caramel apple later. too bad it wasnt home made. but now i want to make some.
