City Manager’s Message
A Message From Andrew J. Hosmer
I’m honored to serve Lebanon as City Manager and to work alongside dedicated staff and engaged residents. My priorities are simple: ensure continuity in city services, maintain transparency, and provide steady leadership as we deliver responsive, reliable, and fiscally responsible government.
I bring extensive experience in both public service and the private sector, including municipal leadership, service in the New Hampshire State Senate, and management in a family-owned New Hampshire business. This background shapes my approach to collaboration, problem-solving, and customer service. I’m committed to listening, learning, and working closely with residents, City Council, and department heads.
Thank you for visiting our website. I encourage you to explore the resources and updates available here as we continue serving the public with dedication and care.
