Video-Based Class

How long do I have access to my Video Based Class?

  • You will have 90 days from the date of purchase to access your class videos. 

My class has expired. What should I do?

  • You can purchase an extension for $25 for an additional 30 days of access here: https://ccli.org/shop/self-paced-main-classes-extension/. The extension is a manual process; please allow up to 1 business day for your extension to be completed.

  • If your class has expired, but you need to review class content or schedule an appointment with a Mentor Teaching Couple, please email us at info@fertilityu.com before purchasing an extension!

I signed up for the wrong class, what should I do?

How do I get access to the NFP for Marriage Prep Workbook Answer & Reference Guide e-book?

  • New CCLI students can sign up for a free, 1-year membership after purchasing their class. You can sign up here: https://ccli.org/welcome/.  Once your membership is submitted, you will automatically receive an email from Thinkific with instructions on accessing your account with the e-book.

I have a coaching/mentor meeting/certificate appointment and I cannot get on!

  • If you're looking for a Google Meet link for a Coaching Appointment, Mentor Meeting, Certificate Appointment or Live Online Class, please refer to your original welcome email from Info@fertilityu.com. If you need immediate assistance, feel free to text us at (513) 471-2000.

Live Online/Onsite

How do I join my Live Online class meetings?

  • After purchasing the class, you will receive a confirmation email with your Teaching Couple’s contact information as well as the Google Meet links for each class session. (It may have gone to your spam folder, so make sure you check there too!)

What time does my Live Online class meeting start?

  • The Teaching Couple for your class may be in a different time zone, which is why you may see two different times listed for your class. Your Google Meet links will automatically adjust to your time zone, so you will join at the time listed with each class’ Google Meet link. You can also verify your class time in the confirmation email that will be received after your class purchase. 

How long does it take to complete the class?

  • Live classes are scheduled over the course of 3 months, with one class happening per month. This timeline may vary slightly depending on teaching couple availability or holidays. Your Teaching Couple will keep you updated if any class changes occur.
