Video Based 

• To receive your certificate, you will need to schedule an appointment with a mentor teaching couple. The link to make an appointment is at the end of Class 3. If your class has expired, you can email us at info@fertilityu.com to receive the link.

Live Onsite/Online/Hybrid 

• You will receive your class certificate after you complete class 3. Please allow for 24-48 for your Teaching Couple to generate your certificate. Your certificate will be sent via email.

• You will receive an email from Thinkific, our learning platform, to the email address you listed at checkout as the billing email address. This email will have the link to access your account. (It may have gone to your spam folder, so make sure you check there too!) The email will come from: Couple to Couple League <noreply@notify.thinkific.com>

• Can't find the email?  That's ok - go here: https://ccli.thinkific.com/  Select Login and then forgot password!

• An extension is a manual process, please allow for 1 business day for the extension to be activated. 

• After purchasing the class, you will receive a confirmation email with your Teaching Couple’s contact information as well as the Google Meet links for each class session. (It may have gone to your spam folder, so make sure you check there too!)

• Don't worry, we will send you a reminder a day before the start of your class, as well!

If you are trying to watch the class on your computer and it is not working, here are a few computer troubleshooting steps that might also be helpful:

• Make sure you are using a supported browser and that your browser is up to date.

  • Supported Browsers include: Desktop: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Microsoft Edge.

• Refresh your cache and restart your browser. This is often all you need to resolve basic issues!

• Try accessing your site in a Private or Incognito window (Chrome's Incognito Mode, or Firefox's Private Window). This opens a fresh browser window without any extensions or settings blocking your content.

• Try out a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, etc). Sometimes the issue can be browser-specific.

• Try disabling your browser extensions to see if there is a conflict.

• Try a different device or computer (mobile phone, tablet, PC/Mac laptop/desktop, etc.). It is rare, but sometimes a certain device has trouble with a content type.

• Restart your device.

If you are using a phone to take your course, you will need to download the Thinkific app. The class will not be supported without an app download. To download the mobile app, follow these instructions:

• Download the Thinkific app in the App Store or Google Play Store.

• Open the Thinkific app after it has downloaded. Once the app is opened, a search bar will appear. Type “Couple to Couple League,” in the search bar, and click the “Continue” button.

• After clicking “Continue,” you should see the Couple to Couple League come up in the search results. Click on the Couple to Couple League name and logo in the results.

• After selecting the Couple to Couple League, the login page for your Thinkific account will appear. Log into your account using the username (email address) associated with your account and the password you created. If you have not created a password yet, please access your account via the link in your welcome email from Thinkific. You can return to the app to log in once your password has been created.

• Once you are logged in, you should see your Thinkific dashboard with the class that you are enrolled in. From here, you can begin watching the course on the mobile app!
