About Ben
Ben Ebbrell is a professionally trained chef and co-founder of the YouTube channel Sorted Food, which has a global audience of over 2.7 million subscribers. Sorted Food is a highly accessible food channel, simply describing itself as ‘a group of mates battling to become awesome home cooks’.
Presented by Ben and his three non-chef school friends, Sorted Food aims to explore food in an inclusive, fun and unpretentious way that helps regular people get in the kitchen. Ben has also written over a dozen cookbooks, has appeared on many television shows and regularly gives live presentations and demos. Ben holds a 1st class honours degree in Culinary Arts Management.
