About This Course
As a Mobile administrator, you’re often asked for information about activity status, device availability, and so on. Although Mobile’s standard reports provide easy answers, applying filters with precision lets you find the answers to the most important questions asked by the most important people in your business.

To get the most from this training, we recommend having completed the Mobile Fundamentals course.

What You’ll Learn
You’ll learn complex report filtering to exclude extraneous data and reveal important details that are hidden in standard reports.  Tasks include comparing device data and costs, generating an Outlook-friendly contact list of people who aren’t using their devices, finding savings optimizations to lower monthly costs, and more.
