Benchmarking Dashboards
With this release two new Benchmarking dashboards have been added. Located in the Insights category folder in Analytics, they enable you to evaluate the overall performance of the TEM program with Tangoe by comparing inventory charges to those of similar inventory types in the market.
These dashboards provide a clear, data‑driven visibility into how your inventory costs trend over time and how those costs compare across the broader market. By combining three years of historical spend data with real‑world vendor cost benchmarks, this feature empowers users to quickly identify cost anomalies, uncover savings opportunities, and validate whether they are paying competitively.
Benefits: With intuitive comparison views and market‑aligned insights, customers gain greater confidence in their cost management decisions. Benchmarking provides the ability to easily learn which inventory items have the greatest cost savings, which have average pricing, and which are most expensive in their respective markets.
Change “Module” to “Application”
To improve clarity and create a more intuitive experience, all references to “Module” within Tangoe One Analytics have been updated to “Application.” This change ensures terminology is consistent across the entire Tangoe One platform, making navigation and understanding of features more seamless for all users.
Benefits: Clearer, Consistent Experience: Using the same terminology across Tangoe One reduces confusion and provides a unified experience when moving between different areas of the platform.

Generic AI Assistant Dashboard
You’ll find an AI Assistant dashboard under Insights section of the navigation. Then click the Assistant button to start chatting right away, without selecting a specific dashboard context.
Enable AI Assistant on existing Analytics Dashboards
With this release, an AI Assistant button will now appear on all generally available Analytics dashboards. End-users can interact with the AI Assistant on these dashboards by submitting queries and receiving relevant responses tied to their dashboard data. The existing filters and other dashboard interactions remain fully functional when using the AI Assistant.
Benefits: Tangoe’s AI Assistant transforms analytics from static dashboards into an interactive, discovery-driven experience. Combining Tangoe’s deep industry expertise with AI-powered exploration, it empowers every user to uncover insights in the way they think—faster, smarter, and without needing advanced analytical skills. This flexibility enables organizations to make confident, data-driven decisions and adapt quickly to changing business needs.

We have redesigned the Analytics navigation structure to make it more intuitive, user-friendly, and aligned with how you interact with data. The previous structure, based on Inventory, Invoices, and Orders, has been replaced with a more logical hierarchy: Insights, Data, Productivity, and Trends. This change enhances usability, reduces navigation time, and improves the overall user experience.
User Benefits:
• Dashboards are now arranged in a way that makes more sense for business decisions.
• All your frequently used dashboards are still there, just in a cleaner and more organized way.
• The new structure helps you make better, data-driven choices without extra hassle.
We have improved the Charges by Cost Center dashboard for a smoother experience. Now, drilling down into the “Other” slice handles large datasets more efficiently, preventing crashes. Plus, the widget stays on the selected drill-down level, and a Clear Selection control has been added.
