Our newly redesigned mobile app is now live on Google Play and the App Store. This article includes basic mobile app navigation tips.
Logging In
You'll need to either log into your ProjectManager account or sign up for a free 30-day trial if you want to log in with our app.
Make sure you enable push notifications during setup so you never miss an update from your team.
Our app has both light and dark mode! Head to your settings to enable the mode that you prefer.
Settings
Use the settings to see who else on your team is in the project, adjust your notifications, share the app with your team or log out.
Team Page
The Team tab displays the profiles of all team members. You can easily see team members’ tasks, @ mentions or get in contact by clicking the team member’s profiles.
The team page is where you can see everyone on your team. Click on their profile to see more information about the projects and tasks that are relevant to them.
My Work
In the My Work section, you'll be able to sift through your tasks, projects, due dates and more to find relevant information. Take advantage of the global search bar across the top to quickly and easily find what you need.
Logging Hours, Adding Descriptions & Tags
You will also be able to log hours (including decimals) directly within the app.

Please note that there is currently no way to delete comments or attachments in the app.
Alerts
The Alerts tab contains a newsfeed, so you can always refer to important conversations. You’ll see @ mentions and other project updates on the feed.
Add +
The + button allows you to add a new task, add a file, or take a photo directly from your home or log time.
