Using Coupons
When purchasing ProjectManager for the first time you'll have the opportunity to enter a coupon to get a discount or special offer. This page explains the ins and outs.
When can I use a coupon?
Coupons can only be entered when initially purchasing the product, at the same time you enter your payment information for the first time.

How do I know my coupon is valid?
You’ll see a green checkmark beside a valid coupon, and you’ll see a discount applied in the Plan Details area.

How many coupons can I use?
One. If you've been offered two coupons you’ll need to choose one when purchasing. If you’ve already applied one and want to switch, just remove the first then add the other.
Do coupons apply every time my subscription renews?
Often yes, but sometimes a promotion only applies to the initial purchase or the first few renewals. Please check the promotion details to be sure.
Why was my coupon rejected?
There are various reasons why a coupon may be rejected:
- You typed the code incorrectly.
- The promotional period has ended.
- It’s a one-time-use coupon which has already been used.
- You don't have a relevant item in your cart, eg the coupon is only for the Business edition but currently you have the Team edition selected.
If you still have please contact support and make sure you mention the specific coupon code you're trying to use.
